Right off of the faceoff they drop the gloves and square off at center ice. King waves Barch in and they grab ahold of each other. King throws a right that Barch is able to duck away from. Barch throws a right and King responds at the same time with three quick ones that buckle Barch and send him to his knees. King continues to throw rights while Barch works his way back to his feet. Barch shakes off his elbow pad and returns fire with a right. They go toe-to-toe with rights for a short while, each landing some. Barch connects with an uppercut inside and King shakes his elbow pad off before pushing Barch up against the boards. They exchange short rights along the glass while spinning around. They grapple some more until King connects with a body shot and follows it up with an overhand right. King takes Barch's helmet off and then throws two rights to the side of his head. Barch attempts an overhand right, but it is blocked. King keeps Barch to the outside by preventing him from getting on the inside of his left arm and then throws a right to the back of Barch's head. The linesmen see that Barch is turning away and then decide to end the scrap by intervening and quickly separating the two.

Mismatch. King is waaay to strong for Barch. Barch hung in, but convincing win for King.

King won it even though most of the punches he threw just hit Barch in the helmet.

Good fight. King control the fight all the time. He was stronger, bigger and better.

King smashed him from start to finish. Barch almost got K.O.ed from that first or second punch. The very few punches landed by Barch didn't even seem to fase King. Well, King is one reason you have to watch the Blues games.

I am a Dallas Homer and admire Barch for his gutsy play and willingness to drop the gloves. However, he should have kept them on this time.

King gave him what we call down here in Texas " a good ol fashion as* whoopin".

Another win for the King.

a long fight, but few (good) punches and not all that entertaining

King dominated from the get-go and just never let Barch scrap back even though he tried. Great fight.

King with another win for the yr. (really his only loss might be against Boogard). Barch did a nice job rebounding after dropping to one knee but he never took control of this fight. WIN: KING U gotta LOVE this kid!!!
