Mar 27, 2007 Columbus Blue Jackets Jody Shelley
2pd 10:30 St. Louis Blues D.J. King
Behind the play they drop the gloves near the side boards and grab ahold of each other. They start exchanging simultaneous jersey-jabs and each get in a right as well. King gets in an uppercut and they start throwing jersey-jabs once again. King gets the better of the exchange this time around. Shelley throws a right to the back of King's head while they are grappling in tight. King gets Shelley bent over to the side and throws four short lefts before the linesmen decide to move in and end the fight.

Shelley did nothing and King just punched until the linesman came

What the F**K! Shelley threw two punches. Did King get an instigater for this, because Jody didn't feel like fighting from what I saw. King pumps the jersey jabs into Jody's face and answers with nothing. Giving King alot of props for trying to go with another tough guy and keeping busy.

What a bunch of boring fights tonight... leave the pillow cases at home girls... Shelley's been fighting like a girl this year, but I guess it's in his name.

Look's like Shelley wanted no part of King. It was a ok fight w/ King looking like he's the only one willing to fight. The bear hug by Shelley spoke a loud "UNCLE" by Shelley. Win King

Right after the uppercut Shelly hugs king he clearly wanted no more as king threw some lefts and tried to push him away. And for the guy who was calling them girls and a girl fight i dont see you there fighting anyone and you wouldnt even last one jersey jab.

The linesmen came it too quick. They don't let them go at it anymore.

Bad fight, a DRAW all the way.
No damage done.
King was more active puncher but his punches weren't good ones(maybe one ok decent uppercut).

All DJ in this one. Basically him punching, while Shell doesnt do a whole lot.

King won this one on points. Jody stopped too many jersey-jabs with his face.

Man. I haven't seen one great fight out of Shelley this year. Maybe he's got too much money ! LOL But maybe 1 or 2 of those punches that didn't seem to be like much, really did sting him and just hung in to the end.

Was there anybody fighting King? Must have the heavy punching bag on the Ice.

Best fight of the night by far. Wonder how the form fitting uniforms by Reebok for next year will work for the jersey jabbing.
