I like the energy Barch has brought with him since his callup, but I think he was off the mark on this. Barch was likely cut on the big right that Carcillo hurt his hand on. Understandable that he would want to continue the fight and reciprocate the damage, but I believe he should have waited until the next time they play, even if that means next year in the AHL. If Barch wants respect, he ought to show some.

Looked a lot like Ring-Around-The-Rosie at the beginning. Barch was in control the whole time and ended up landed most of the punches that were thown.

Agree with the consensus.... give it to Barch in a slight victory but he should have stopped after the injury . what happened to the the code of the enforcers lately?

Barch totally dominated the fight despite the bleeding you see at the end. One direct hit in the face almost knocked the other guy out and another shot to the ribs buckled Carcillo. Brach whipped him around by the jersey like a rag doll. By the end you could tell Carcillo just wanted the whole thing to be over.

The first half of the fight looks like they were waltzing . Both guys got good hits in, but Barch still owned Carcillo.

Good fight, too much spinning but they both stuck it out ot the end.

So-so fight, but that was not the real entertainment.

Did anyone hear the announcers in that? It was awful!
"It's like a Michael Jackson video!"
"Round and round and round they go, where they stop nobody knows!"

C'mon, seriously!

refs broke it up way too late

Carcillo should have stayed down on the first fall. Even the second. He landed one good punch during his failed hugfest. Winner, Barch.

Carcillo hurt his hand on Barch's face!

Crappy "fight". Spun around for the first half, and hugged for the second.

Barch is quickly making his mark on the NHL. I picked him up in my fantasy pool for PIM. He is already on the fight leader list after 21 games. I like this kid, he's going to do well in the "ring"......

I know I don't post often, so my opinion counts for squat, but I am torn on this, Barch clearly wins the fight based on punches thrown/landed, but since Carcillo wanted to end it and Barch continued, does Carcillo win via disquallification? Or does it get settled after the hand heals?

doesnt anyone go toe to toe nemore why are all fights now swinging fights. if ya dont wanna go toe to toe and fight dont drop the gloves enough with the merry-go-round nonsense

Looked like Dancing With The Stars. Barch will be deadly if he ever learns how to fight.
