Pretty good check i thought. Props to Svitov for making Brown answer but in the end Brown got the best of this one

Dustin Brown gets the BrownBomber award. That guy has been knocking opposing players around like crazy since becoming a King. This time he pounds Svitov despite his shirt being pulled over his head. I wish Brown's punches were as devastating as his hits.

Brownie is the man. I don't think Jim Fox was saying that it warranted a penalty, rather that it gets called that way sometimes when there is a big boom and a guy goes down.

Hard check on Klesla by Brownie... what else is new. Svitov comes and and TRIES to stand-up for his teammate, gets beaten by a smaller man.

I voted for a draw because both guys got in some good punches but neither really stood out as a clear winner.

I am a Blue Jackets fan and I thought the hit was legal. Klesa was just bent over enough that his ribs hit the edge of the boards in the wrong way. I'm surprised the LA Kings broadcasters were saying it could have been called boarding.

So you can't hit a guy from the side, a half second after gets rid of the puck? C'mon.

These anouncers are f@#king idiots. You can get a boarding penalty for use excessive force on a body check? What a bunch of jackasses!

Pretty hilarious fight. I don't think I've ever seen both fighters with their jerseys over their head at the same time. I think Brown should fight with his jersey over his head more often. He clearly landed more punches with sweater in his face than without.

Svitov never even really landed a punch. Brown landed 5 or 6 while Svitov's jersey was over his head and that last one almost knocked Svitov off his feet. Win to Brown.

Downtown Dustin Brown with a crushing victory.

For his first real fight of the season (and as a typical non-fighter) I would say he preformed really well. This guy takes the body like no one else. He's only good thing about the Kings this season.

And who cares about what the announcers say? No boarding penalty called.

Good to see Brown hold his own against a much bigger guy. He takes this one.
