Tuomo Ruutu vs Chris Kunitz

First...I think Anyone named Ruutu is a cheap shot artist (see other Fin jerk in the East). Still, he got ambushed. If you're gonna fight, then drop them clean. Don't jump him.

I'm not sure who would have won, but Ruutu didn't stand a chance. BTW, someone else said it....Blackhawks showed NO unity there. Maybe they don't like Jarko...I mean Tuomo either.

Another example of why the instigator penalty should be scrapped or reduced. It would have been embarassing if nobody on the Ducks slugged Ruutuu after the high stick.

Go, Kuny!!! Chris isn't a fighter, per se, but what the Chi Homers call "throwing the body around" was Ruutu doing a backhand wrister off AndyMac's face.
The zebra's were going to call it, but Kuny made the right choice, 'cause the intent to injure only got a minor. The misconduct was on the extreme edge of reasonable, considering the Matcher that they were going to let slide by with 2 minutes. You'd think after Simon..... but I guess Ruutu didn't have enough time to shift his stick properly, and just destroyed the visor.

This is what happens when you take cheap shots on skill players. The Ducks were up I think 5-1 when this fight happened and were taking it easy on the Hawks. Ruutu is an idiot and deserved what he got.
