Im not surprised Ruutu got under their skin, just can't believe everybody from Chicago stood around watching and didnt try to help him, some team unity eh

Kunitz was pathetic and cheap. He really should get some anger management and then learn fight

I don't think Ruutu turtled, I think he just went down from being unbalanced and under barrage. I guess Kunitz could have let him up to fight, but that's not what this was all about. I don't think the Ducks are making anymore exceptions when you touch #19 or #8 or the PPG line (Penner, Perry, Getzlaf). Thank you Mr. Burke for most exciting team in hockey:)

This shouldn't even be considered a fight. Ruutu took out MacDonald with a hit and Kunitz decides he's a sheriff with a visor. It's laughable.

(sarcasm) I like how Carlyle was eager to throw Parros out there when the game was already over with. Yeah, that's class (/sarcasm)!

Guy with a shield jumps you and starts throwin'...Cheap!

LAME. Ruutu didn't even get a chance to throw hands.

First--these announcers suck.
second-kunitz 'wins' the fight-but not a fair fight as he just jumped the guy.
so in the end--it was all bad.

Obviously most of you didn't watch this whole game.. McD, was getting run a couple times in this game, as well as the night before against LA.. just for being a finesse player that they know can't fight... He's fed up with it, and so was Kunitz/Ducks.... Hats off to a class act by Kunitz for stepping up.for his teammate. If you don't want to get your arse kicked, don't throw a hard upper body check at mid ice at a skilled player in a 5-1 beating (or whatever the score was at that point.). The Ducks were even putting out 3rd liners on the power play at this point as to show some respect for CHi, and what does it get in return? Weak... but what do you expect from a classless CHi team.

Ruutu thought he was tough until he got scared crapless by Kunitz

I'm not surprised Ruutuu turtled, he may have taken out Andy Mac but regardless you don't hit a guy when he's down. Kunitz was way out of line.

More guys should handle Ruutu this way. Drop the Instigator!

it was a cheap shot by Kuntz but Ruutu deserved a smack or two for the high stick on McDonald. Anybody comparing this to the Bertuzzi incident must be Hawks fan.

Kunitz jumps Ruutu and Ruutu turtles.
