Mar 08, 2007 Dallas Stars Eric Lindros
2pd 14:13 St. Louis Blues Barret Jackman
Comments: Lindros and Jackman bump in the corner while trying to play the puck around the boards. They continue to push and shove behind the Blues' net until Lindros skates away. Jackman skates after him and gives Lindros a shot from behind, causing Lindros to turn around and cross-check Jackman. They get the sticks up and then drop the gloves with Jackman throwing a right that Lindros is able to duck while they grab onto each other. Jackman then throws two short lefts before Lindros is able to tie him up. They wrestle around for a long while, each attempting locked-out rights and struggling to get an arm free. Lindros throws a right that comes up short and then gets Jackman bent over, holding him in that position until the linesmen decide to intervene and break things up. Other Penalties: Lindros received a high sticking.

Your a moron. Why should he fight a nobody like Jackman and chance getting another head injury? I guess he has to prove something to morons like you. MORON

It's a shame what has happened to Lindros.

Lindros always was a weenie. He's only good at backhits. Jackman ain't much better. He's probably only going after a guy like Lindros because he knows what a guy like Hordichuk will do to him.

lindros was scared to get hit.

They showed their power here but was a dull scrap.
Not much about action.
A DRAW.
Lindros lands one maybe but comes of strong grip.

Lindros had the opportunity to land a good one in Jackmans face but instead throws his arm around his neck and pulls his head down like he is getting head.

Memo to concussion guys (Lindros, Fedoruk, etc.):

If you don't really want to fight, or are afraid that you are going to be punched so you hide your head during a fight or bearhug your opponent--THEN DON"T DROP YOUR GLOVES!

"He was on him like a leech in heat"! Haha!

I find some of the comments regarding Lindros as laughable. Lindros has been and always should be known as the original "big guy" in the NHL that could do it all. Sure, his career was cut short......but if the concussion problems weren't there, he'd still be one of the the team point and PIM leaders...no matter where he played. How many guys can you name that have led their team in scoring and have to play enforcer too? Having said that, aside from possibly his first two years with the Flyers, he really hasn't been in many scraps..........he never has gone around looking for fights, but if someone cheap shots him, he'll go and 9 out of 10 times, he's hold his own. He's just not easily provoked......

This was not a fight. Lindros is too much of a ***** to fight anymore, him and his concussion problems. I wish Scott Stevens would come out of retirement to crack him one again.

Boring. Lindros is a washed-up dork who can't do much of anything any more.
