The third time isn't the charm as Mair refused challenges from Neil two times earlier in the game. Neil threw a lot more punches and and landed a couple solid lefts it appeared. Credit to Mair for trying to stick up for a teammate though.

Buffalo fans are ****ing unbelievable. What a bunch of whiners. Kaleta elbows Kelly, Neil comes in and gives a shove to Kaleta's face, (who goes down like a sack of potatoes) to let him know he's not happy about it, and somehow, Neil is a cowards and what he did was a cheapshot, or even better, a cross check? LOL, get real. He was given a penalty for ROUGHING. There was no cross check, no cheapshot, just a hard shove to the face in retaliation to Kaleta's elbow(which, of course, Buffalo fans fail to mention). But I think it's just jealousy. You guys wish Neil played for the Sabres. Fact is, your team is the most pathetic group of ******* and divers in the NHL.

Mair looked way out of his league in this one, and shows what happens when a middleweight takes on a heavyweight skill-wise. Neil was a wrecking ball these past two games. Bravo to teams that carry two heavyweights like Ottawa.

Why not Neil and Peters sometime?

solid win for Neil in the fight that was good to see happen. would have liked to see it go longer but Mair rose to the challange.

Mair got owned. Chirpy bitch got what was coming!! Funny how you Buffalo fans are still crying about a hit on a guy who left your team high and dry? Go Rangers I guess. Losers. Oh ya 4-1 series win for the sens

Neil destroyed Mair, if you seen it any other way then your a moron. Chris Neil is one of the best tough guys in the league, he can hit, score, and fight. Why do people think Peters should have taken on Neil? I think Neil should have taken on Brier or Roy, like Mair tried to do to Spezza. Mair sure looked like a coward turning down Neil how many times before he finally had no choice. Big win for the Sens.........Why are Leaf fans commenting on this? Should be worrying about your team making the playoffs

Neil gets the win here. He wanted to go all night with Mair and finally got his wish. Mair landed a couple, but Neil landed more and pretty much rag-dolled him with his strength advantage.

Chris Neil is the biggest pu**y in this league. Dirty, cheap, scumbag who only fights when he has to or it's in his favor, I can't stand that toilet bug.

Not even close....if anyone at all thinks that Mair was close in this one then take off your sunglasses. The only saving grace was that Neil did'nt get a chance to really throw them....how many times was Mair invited to dance? He was scared and looked it.

Neil clearly took this one- pure annihilation. Anyone who steps up to Neil is pretty brave, but there was no contest here. 100% Neil.

I counted punches landed 8 for neil to maybe 1 for mair. How in the world did anyone vote against neil in this? Also Kaleta went down so easily when neil popped him ha. So much for Buffalos tough guys behind Peters. Apparently they can only go after 1st liners.

Neil clearly manhandled Mair. Mair was chicken all night and now I see why....he doesn't know how to fight. Neil whooped Mair, McGrattan edged Peters, so Ottawa won the game. I like the Senators and Sabres about equally, and this was pretty entertaining.

Neil won this easily. Credit Mair for stepping up, but he was out of his league.
