I give Ward the win, but seriously, with Picard having a visor and all, did Ward even land a punch? He left with the blood. Visors are gay.

Not used to seeing the irritating Ward drop the gloves. He turned in a nice performance, dominating Picard.

I gave the win to Ward for landing more, but I give Picard alot of credit for standing in there trying to protect Pitkanen. Picard landed a couple of rights to draw blood from Ward's eye, but Ward landed the bigger blows in the fight.

The fight I really wanted to see was Flyers asst. coach Berube vs. Avery after the game. Berube, even though he now looks like Count Dracula, would tune that punk Avery up.

neither guy is much of a fighter. Ward got the better shots in although more hit picard's helmet than anywhere else.

Eager or Fedoruk would have been more than willing to go with Hollweg...maybe if he wasn't such a ***** we coulda seen a better scrap than this

Isn't there a new rule that if you fight with less than 5 minutes left you get a game misconduct and also get suspended one game and your coach gets fined 10k? I am a diehard Thrashers fan and granted the Nov. 15th incident against the Washington Capitals was completely different, I still don't understand when/why it is enforced in some cases but not in others. Does it have anything to do with the instigator penalty? For instance: does the misconduct/suspension/fine only apply if an instigator was called?

WILL SOMEONE PLEASE CLEAR THIS UP FOR ME?!?!

ward pummmels him with rights but picard lands a few nice ones and ward hass a cut over his left eye and a busted up hand from picards visor

Picard sticking up for his teamate goes in after Hollweg but Ward grabs Picard and they wrestle then start to throw punches. Ward throws some right bombs but all of them hitting Picard's helmet and visor. Picard answers back with some rights of his own cutting Ward next to the eye.Ward throws a big right uppercut as he wrestles Picard to the ice.

gotta give Alexandre Picard something for not being a fighter and busting wards nose...

Definately a win by Ward but when was Picard supposed to take his helmet off. Even though visors are gay STFU about that. Why didn't Hollweg try to dump Eager or Fedoruk. What a girl.

all of you say all the punches hit picard in the helmet or visor. i saw the slow motion of this fight in rangers in 60 and ward landed bombs right into picards face. im suprised he faught and i say he definitly won that one
