Comments: Exelby and Primeau exchange a few words near the blueline before deciding to drop the gloves. They immediately grab ahold of each other and Primeau throws two quick rights. Primeau falls down to his knees, allowing Exelby to get in a left just before he stands back up. Primeau throws two more rights and Exelby loses his balance and falls backwards to the ice shortly after that. The linesmen move on in and things are quickly broken up.

They come together right before the Calgary blueline, they chat, and off comes the gloves. Primeau sneaks a couple rights in there, then falls to his knees. Then Exelby sneaks in two punches. Primeau responds with two more, Exelby loses his balance and falls to the ice. Primeau tries tugging him to get back up, but the linesmen get in there too fast and break it up.

An edge to Primeau in a shortened (balance) fight. He landed the first and the last while the hard punching XLB didn't connect in the middle of a short scrap. Close to a draw for lack of effectiveness but Primeau rates an edge.

Both threw great initial punches, however it seems that Primeau lands a few more solid right than Exelby. Close fight because Exelby gets in his early shots, but Primeau wins with strength and more hard landed punches.

Would have been a much better fight if Exelby could have gotten up off the ice quicker. Both landed a few punches, but the fight was way too quick to determine a winner.

Hard to call. Too short of a fight, camera gets there late etc.
