Comments: Right off of the faceoff they drop the gloves and square off at center ice. They grab ahold of each other against the benches with Boulton nearly losing his balance. They each wrestle around, trying to get loose for a short moment until Godard gets set and lands two rights to the side of Boulton's head. Boulton comes back with a pair of overhand rights and Godard gets in another short right to the top of Boulton's head during the exchange. Godard then throws two uppercuts that connect followed by a right cross. Godard throws two more rights and Boulton returns fire with a quick right of his own. Godard gets Boulton in-tight and throws a flurry of short rights and body shots while Boulton just holds on. Boulton spins Godard around against the boards and throws an overhand right, but they just hold on until the linesmen intervene. Boulton skates away from the scrap with a bloody nose.

This one starts off the face-off and they square off. Godard jumps in and grabs a hold onto Boulton, causing Boulton to go up against the boards by Calgary's bench. They both start to wrestle for a bit. Godard then lands two rights on Boulton, Boulton responds with three of his own. Godard then lands two shots to the side of Boulton and then misses with a right cross. Boulton tries to throw one and Godard responds with a weak one to the side of Boulton's head. They each trade two punches each. For the rest of the fight Godard throws body shots and weak punches to the back of Boulton's head. All Boulton can do is tuck his head in the chest of Godard's. At the end the each exchange a punch, and the linesmen come in to break up the fight. Boulton skates to the box with a bloody nose.

Okau Godard was better here, but not landed a graet punches as Boulton landed well of his own, i think better than Godard did.
Godard punches was more shorts as Boulton's longer.
A draw,

good hard battle, edge to Godard who's been winning his share lately.

Godard gets the win for activity and bloodying Bolts nose. Both men just missed on a couple punches with intent. I thought Boulton (who is disparaged a bit) did o.k. in holding in there. Fairly decent bout with both men looking to throw and not be overly cautious.

Godard won this fight, but Boulton put up one hell of a fight.

Godard needs to dump his helmet before he fights underlings.

If your listening to the bull**** commentary you might think this fight was close! Godard dominated and controlled this fight the whole way through, your looking at the next great fighter. these announcers should go back to whatever sport they sucked at before, second rate hockey town, second rate broadcasting.

New to the site, but if I may for as tough as Godard is, Boulton hung in for quite awhile, looked like more of a push/pull contest to see who would fall first.

I think people may be influenced by the announcers admiration for Boulton, but Godard clearly won this fight with body punches and demonstrating he is stronger and tougher. No way you should score this close.
