With the Flyers getting shut out again, Brashear's had enough. He jumps Phillips off the faceoff and lands a short left. Then Phillips bails and skates away, gets his gloves off while still back tracking, and Brashear unleashes numerous short lefts to top/side of Phillips' head. Phillips goes down almost in his own net and Brashear throws a few more while Phillips holds his hands over his head. Phillips was cut and looked dazed. Other Penalties: Brashear received an instigator and misconduct; Phillips, Todd White and Jeremy Roenick roughings. Chris Phillips did not receive a fighting major.
