| Behind the play, the two drop the gloves and lock horns next to the side boards. Theyexchange a couple of locked-out rights until Thornton lands three short rights to the side of Walker's head. Walker comes back with a right and they go back and forth with some more rights. Thornton takes time to shake off his elbow pad, allowing Walker to push him into the glass and throws five overhand rights with two of them landing. Thornton returns fire with a left followed by a mix of rights and uppercuts while Walker tries to move away from the flurry. They go back and forth with body punches and Thornton throws a left just before Walker loses his balance and goes spinning to the ice, allowing the linesmen to step in. | ||
