| Vukota and Secord start pushing and shoving at center ice before they decide to drop the gloves. They tie up with Vukota getting free and connecting with a left that hits Secord right on the temple, sending him to the ice. Vukota continues throwing lefts while Secord falls and stays down on the ice. The linesmen quickly rush in and get the two players back on their feet. Secord refuses to let go of Vukota's jersey and ends up getting his arm free and throwing overhand rights to the back of Vukota. One of the linesmen tackles Secord to the ice, who then receives three lefts from Vukota for his troubles. Vukota continues to go after Secord, pounding away at his legs until the referee skates over to help control him. Secord gets back to his feet and goes into the penalty box with blood coming out of his right ear. Other penalties: Vukota received a misconduct and gross misconduct; Secord a misconduct and game misconduct. | ||
