They go off the draw. Peluso has the advantage early throwing multiple lefts. Chase just hangs on, weathers the storm and starts throwing lefts. Peluso then switches to the right and Chase goes to work landing some good rights before Peluso succumbs to his normal balance issues. Call it a draw, Peluso early and Chase late.
