Re: what was Sutter thinking?--He was standing up for a teammate-- it also looked like, I think it was Kucera, was going to back down, I guess Sutter felt that someone had to take on Butcher- he would probably have backed down from the reaper after what happened to Chase in the 1st period.

I was at that game! thanks for posting all these blues v. hawks fights. hawks dominated the blues every which way except for this fight. i would like to point out that sutters never back down eventhough they may (and often do) get beaten.

What was Sutter even thinking. He stood no chance against a much more experienced fighter in Butcher.
