May 1, 2006 Calgary Flames Jarome Iginla
1pd 01:09 Anaheim Ducks Francois Beauchemin
Beauchemin skates up and hits Iginla next to the benches while Iginla tries to play the puck up ice. The two push and shove before dropping the gloves and squaring off, each removing their helmets after a Beauchemin request. They grab ahold of each other and Beauchemin lands a quick left that sends Iginla to the ice. Iginla scrambles back to his feet and Beauchemin throws a flurry of six rights with a few landing. Iginla returns fire with an overhand right and the two then exchange punches: Iginla with rights, Beauchemin with lefts. Iginla misses with a right cross and Beauchemin loses his balance and falls to the ice, causing the linesmen to come in.

fair fight, both guys i respect for taking off their visors and not being *******. the biggest bull**** ever is when a ***** with a visor fights and doesnt remove it, its cheap as ****. beauchimin also lets iginla back up without being a cheap ass and hitting him while hes down, very respectful. most fighters are ******* is the bottom line.

That was a great fight and I agree with the thoughts about Beauchemin being so Honorable not taking advantage while he was down to let Iggy get back up and go....But I dont agree that Iggy got whipped....He landed a BIG one after getting up and has nothing to be ashamed of even if he didnt get the win.....Lots of great things seen in this fight Honor, code, respect percervearance ;) good shots being given and taken ,will power for getting back at her and going!!!!! Just a REALLY GOOD FIGHT

Iginla can't even get points for the takedown. He got clobbered here.

Beauchemin takes the win in a great fight. Props for ditching the helmets. The lefts by Beau were much better than the rights by Jarome.

I like how Beauchemin tells Iginla to remove the shield.

Beauch was nice enought to let Iggy back up for some more poundage. I've never seen a more lobsided fight that wasn't a KO or TKO.
