Date / Time Away / Home Team Away / Home Player
Jan 11, 2006 Pittsburgh Penguins Andre Roy
1pd 05:38 Columbus Blue Jackets Jody Shelley
They drop the gloves while skating across the blueline. Shelley rips Roy's helmet off as the two exchange right hands to start things off. Shelley throws an overhand right as Roy attempts locked-out rights of his own. Roy tries to shake off his elbow pad before Shelley throws a right that hits Roy's back. Roy turns around and throws two rights to the back of Shelley's helmet before they lose balance and fall to the ice.

Not amazing fight but at least they throws few ok shots.
Showing some passion.
DRAW all the way, no good punches landed by either man.

Meh fight between two heavyweights that know how to grip and take the steam out of opposition's punches. Nothing really happened here unless you like the right club knock everyone offbalance and fall by Roy. I call draw.

The context of all these fights is far better because this was the first game after Michel Therrien's classic post-game rant.
