Is Edwards almost being a fair announcer? Anyway, Fraser wins, though McQuaid keeps it close

Mcquaid hasn't been himself this year since losing 15 pounds following his offseason surgery, and going with a strong guy like Fraser was a very good test . Fraser won, he fought smart and landed alot of short hard punches inside Mcquaids bigger swings, but good showing by Mcquaid as well.

As a Bruins fan I can't tell you how thrilled I am that Toronto has all these bruisers in their lineup. I wish more teams in this league had as many tough players as these two teams. It makes the game a lot more honest and interesting.

Leaf hater but I have to give it to Fraser. See Leafies? Its called being objective....say...where is your hero Orreo? Hiding from Lucic and Thornton?

Fraser outpoints McQ in a good, spirited tilt. McQ shows a lot of heart and chin to take a coupla solid ones early and recover to land a couple of solid ones himself towards the end. I agree with braindog that McQ is looking very light atm. Needs a big off season in the gym...

Draw. So tiresome to read the idiotic comments from anti-Boston fans every time a Bruin fights.

McQ was on automatic pilot as he appeared to be stunned by a couple of early Fraser shots.

Win Fraser.
The difference in the hit percentage was Fraser had his eyes on the target at all times, whereas McQuaid was relying on his peripheral vision.
Great body shots by Fraser to keep McQuaid honest.
Gave it a generous 7.

Didn't see the game but was looking forward to an Orr and Thornton discussion.

Fraser easily gets the nod here, lands some solid shots... McQuaid shows a good chin and hangs tough.. McQuaid definitely looking lighter this season, BrainDog1017 nails it.

Excellent fight. Two big guys throwing big punches.

Frazer dominates and practically ragdolls a game McQuaid, who doesn't back down despite the pounding he took.

Frazer and Lucic would be fun to watch, ...but I doubt we'll ever see it because Lucic is probably afraid of him.

Two tough guys meeting head on. Probably an edge to Fraser on the sheer volume of punches thrown and good control, but McQuaid was swinging for the fences, never quit and landed several hard shots of his own. Let's hope these teams meet in the playoffs. Potential for real fireworks if a score could get out of hand.

Additional comment: Hey Canadians100, for the record Lucic was hitting everything that moved and we didn't hear a peep out of anyone wearing a Leafs Jersey. Orr chose to try and jump a tired McQuaid and then attempted to start something with Marchand....yes Brad Marchand. McLaren was probably feeling guilty about nearly killing someone the night before and was pretty much invisible all night. Leafs are tough but no one on the Bruins ran, hid or played a soft game...that would be the Canadians.

Love McQuaid, love the Bruins, but Mark Fraser with a big win here for the Leafs. Even if we lost the game it was a still a win, because we hung with the Bruins all night. And I would like to know where Thornton and Lucic were when Orr was looking to get in on the fun.
