Good scrap. Love that Shawn Thornton is not the only Thornton carrying the tilt torch. Color commentary was solid.

It was an entertaining bout. Both got in some great punches. And it helped propel the Stars to the win.

Bloodbath--the Stars broadcast is a simulcast. Ralph and Razor have to call the game for tv and radio...radio, i.e. The Theater of the Mind requires more description than tv. It's not "homerism" anyone who has listened or watched the Stars on a regular basis know that they'll note bad calls etc for both the Stars and the opposing teams. Last night was no exception.

Great fight from a couple of great guys, enjoyed watching this one.

I love these surprise brawls. 2 guys who none of us would have guessed would be swinging at all much less with each other makes 'Ol Dave the Tiger Williams smile a little.

decent tilt--props to taking off the helmets! you don't see cheezie leaf "so called" fighters do that often....... no rag dolling or dancing either..... just fists

I agree with the posts that this was a draw. You could argue Thornton landed a couple of harder punches but good back and forth action in this one.

San Jose fan here, but pretty even fight. I think Thornton landed more blows, but Been stuck in there and got some licks in too. I give it a draw.

GOOD STUFF

Pretty decent bout. Both landed a handful of punches, but when you look at the little short jabs, I think Big Joe Thornton won in the jab category. My vote is to Thornton, but a good fight.

great fight. thornton would have pounded him if it werent for the quick one on the jaw in the very beginning from benn but that super slowmo was a straight shot. draw!

This was a draw all the way. Both landed decent punches and no one stood out from the other.

Thornton is starting to develop a reputation if he keeps beating up all-stars. Thornton is the winner. Solid punch at the end there too, that was no "twirl down"
