This is pretty much a matter of experience in here. I was impressed with the early showing of Grossmann actually impressed me. With that said, Parros took care of him after that. I don't think people understand the idea of motivating your team when you're down by four goals. That shows a ton of leadership for Grossmann to do what he did and shows the kind of player he is.
