Derek Dorsett vs Jordin Tootoo

Clear win for Toots. Dorsett was ready for him in spite of what some others have said. Just got tagged good and then went down. Then Dorsett tries to throw a punch while they are on the ice and the refs are between them. Dorsett should be tossed for that and get a fine. What garbage.

Just when I was gaining respect for Tootoo, he goes and does that. He did get him while Dorsett was ready, so I may retract my first sentence. I'll leave it though.

22 pounds Boll in the first game and now Dorset. Nothing better than seeing Dorset bleeding.

2-2 wins with the belt to Dorsett's mouth that drew blood but the instigator minor immediately led to a power play goal by Columbus that put them back in the game--not smart hockey. Ericsson could have handled Dorsett.

P.S. I was right--the Gordie Howe hat trick for Dorsett as he scores the tying goal along with a helper on the winning goal. 2-2 you dummy you awoke the little giant--I hope Babcock benches you in the next game. You earned it.

I love Tootoo's fire and rage for a smaller guy, but I have to call him out here... Double D was preoccupied with Ericsson, and I think the stick may have got him also....

Tootoo should've let Ericsson handle Dorsett since he had the gloves off already. Since it was just a takedown by Tootoo and late jabs by Dorsett, this ends in a draw. However, his intervention put the Jackets on the power play and scored.

Someday Tootoo will suffer a career ending injury (hopefully even worse) and the entire NHL will cheer!!

Some ridiculous posts on this fight! Dorsett pound for pound is one of the toughest guys in the game! He'll go with anybody and he proved it last season instigating a fight with John Scott, who probably has a foot and 80 pounds on Dorsett! Guess Wings fans haven't had anything to post about on here since Brad May retired and are a little emotional or something! Lucky for Ericcson that Tootoo stepped in because Dorsett would've smashed him!

Tootoo was the third man in like a bitch. I give the win to Dorsett just because I won't vote for someone who jumps a player who is dropping the gloves with someone else.

Tootoo wins the fight, but the instigator gave Columbus the pp which they scored on to begin their comeback. A crap instigator call, but it hurt the team.

Total beotch move by tootoo smashing another player in the face while he is engaged and not looking. DD should have smashed tootoo a few more times on the ground...he deserved it.
