This is more personal. Ott and Gleason were roommates in Windsor with the Spits. Gleason was Ott's Best Man at his wedding and now Gleason is married to that girl.

Gleason had the advantage with the early grab close to Ott's neck. I like seeing the spontaneous fights that start over in-game hits instead of the set-up fights expected from the big name fighters. Also I got some laugh out of the comments about LaRose and Kaleta

Ott went for a high hit (missed mostly) on a Hurricane in front of the benches. Gleason took exception and immediately grabbed Ott and started throwing. Gleason threw a few landing maybe one or two as Ott did some minor turtling, though some of it may have been a result of Gleason just rag dolling him with the jersey and getting no time to balance. Ott threw maybe two, one looked close, would have to see the video again. Win TG.

saw it live. like it says, Ott goes for the high elbow on Justin Faulk in front of the canes bench and misses pretty much everything (still gets an extra 2 mins). Ott knew he was going to have to answer the bell and Gleason takes exception and stands up for Faulk. Did Gleason need to instigate, maybe not, but he is a class act and once he realized he was rag-dolling Ott, and had landed the only 3 good punches (save 1 rib shot for Ott), he backed off and didn't hit Ott while he was down on his knees halfway in the fetal position. win TG

flanagan8, why would Gleason want to kill Ott? Gleason is the one who was friends with Ott and then slept with his wife. It should be the other way around, Ott should want to kill Gleason.

gleason is just much higher weight category than ott.gleason used his power to seize the victory.ott landed some of his own too though
