Boyle drops the gloves to up his fantasy value after the ill timed and off-sides slapper,... #54 w/the W in a ho-hum tussle....

Chintzy crap like that should be dealt with as it happens, and it was. Good on McQuaid , would have liked to see Boyle laid out though ...

Boyle seems to have picked up a fight tip or two during the offseason but he still couldn't fight his way out of a wet paper bag. W-McQ but not convincingly.

I am surprised that McQuaid did not win more convincingly

At his size, Boyle clearly needs to spend some more time watching "Youngblood." And it's clear that CustomBrokeBack is now inviting Hugh-HuggyBear-Cares up to his tent for some quality time, Canadien style. I wonder which Canadien city will riot, pout, and act like children this year..... Burn baby burn!!!!!

How is Boyle that big yet that afraid to throw a punch? Seems strange to me.

win Lonewolf

McQuaid was in the wrong but Boyle is 0-2 against the Bruins

Lone Wolf McQuaid is obviously still recovering from his blood clot removal surgery. Boyle hangs in there pretty well and avoids what could have been a severe beating. Win for Adam in a fairly lackluster 4.

Woman in the front row is trippin.

A hockey game seems like an odd place to dose mushrooms.

who has boyle with 4%?! how do you get votes for a win when you don't land a punch?! mcquaid with easy W! best thing boyle did was not fight back because mcquaid would've taken him apart.

McQuaid was not happy with Boyle shooting the puck at his leg after the whistle and showed his displeasure in the fight . Really like what McQuaid brings keep it up ..

McQuaid is an honest player. Nothing dirty about his game. He will go to war over principle, and he packs monstrous artillery. Probably among the fastest strikers in the league.

Props to Boyle for dropping the gloves so quickly without warning or hesitation.

Good spirited scrap, I liked McQuaid for standing up for himself.
