Have to call this "fight" a draw. Sure, Carkner threw and landed more punches than him, but it is not hard to beat down a guy who is not moving or fighting back.

Dubinsky does not deserve a game misconduct. The on-ice officials should have, shockingly, done their jobs and broke up Carkner's attempted prison rape. Dubinsky never should have had to do the officials' job. You were standing 5 feet away from it and staring at it. Cannot tell me that you didn't see it.

I will be shocked if Carkner does not receive a suspension. In the playoffs, you cannot tolerate this.

So I guess this means that Rupp gets to pound on someone like Foligno or Cowan next period. What a weak call by the refs. If that ref calling the penalty wasn't such a douche he would have stepped right in instead of letting Carkner mug Boyle, Dubinsky wouldn't have had to jump in. What was he supposed to do, stand there like douche ref and watch it?
