The zebras had to stop that grown man from beating up a child

Gorges gives Jagr a disrespectful bump well after the play and, after the more pugilistic of the on-ice Flyers is steered away by a linesman, fellow Czech Kubina steps in to have a discussion with the imp.
Gorges petulantly shoves Kubina and receives a hail of punches (nothing damaging... it is Kubina after all). When the refs have to intervene to stop you from getting abused, you are the loser.

The comments here are just priceless.

If you actually WATCH the video, you'll see that Gorges is yapping and shoves Kubina who finally has enough of that crap and drops the gloves and proceeds to feed Gorges his lunch.

Who cares if Kubi didn't fight so and so, it's not his job! Why would he fight Staubitz? He will if provoked enough but in a close game and Staubitz not really forcing the issue, what's the big deal? You little punks out there think you know it all but you don't, you're thoughtless and mean and should have your keyboard taken away by your mommies.

If you piss him off enough, he'll fight, but it takes quite a bit to piss him off and if you knew him like I do you wouldn't be posting some of these ridiculous comments.

The bigger Kubina hardly got any in, neither did Gorges for that matter, but sure, give if to Kubina if we must, but it was hardly much of a fight. No butts were kicked here...but I noticed the scarecrow act by Kubina when approached by Staubitz later in the game.

Good for Josh going up against a giant. No punches were landed by either. Georges wins for standing up to a MUCH bigger guy. Kubina shouls be ashamed.

You know if Gorges kept his big mouth shut he would have never had to get big face kicked in.You know you Montreal fans are just like the annoucers having to make excuses for why your player lost so we will give him the win.Do you ever read what you write.Oh he won because he has heart or the guy was bigger..Watch the video over and over then you will get it.He ran his mouth to a big guy and the big guy shut him up.While Gorges wears his visor.Just shut up about the fights you lost.Have been all year.Nothing is worse than hearing that if we had Laraque in the line up or Kordic.Forget it your living in the past.Your GM has left you with nobody.Stop Crying. Here is news for you .Gorges LOST.DEAL WITH IT.By the way KovHeLL it`s spelled Good.By the way mcb798 do you watch Looney Tunes alot ?

Kubina whopped the Frog face's ass. Yes - idiot announcer, the ounches did get through. I was sitting near the fight and the last few uppercuts caught Froggie right in his cheap jaw. Remind the Canadians that we took away their game and we took away their heart...now get your shine boxes

Kubina fed him a steady diet of upper cuts.. Gorges was lucky he had a shield on or his face would've been smashed. And make no mistake Gorges started it.

for all you people who did not watch the gm, save us the time with your useless comments. Kubina was challenged before just like the pss rinaldo by staubitz and both declined numerous offer. Kubina was trying to act tuff on the ice so thats why staubitz went after him.Even after the fight, staubitz went back at him and he piss his pants again. I think the tough guy mentality got to kubina employed by the flyers but going after gorges just shows how much yr a pss. By the way it's kubina who yapped is mouth at gorges and gorges was sick of it and pushed back. Get your facts straight!!!!!!!

No punches were landed, no choice but to call it a draw.
Gotta give credit to Gorges, not a fighter but willing to get into a fight with a bigger player, standing up for his team.
