Funny how all the Boston morons have to tell us that Thornton already had stitches. Thanks - if the ***** can't do his job because a few stictches he should sit and watch from the pressbox. Rosehill with the win over the overrated jughead. According to Boston fans Thornton could probably step in the Octagon and be the instant heavyweight champ he's such a tough SOB.

GreatMurray, your the biggest butt head in forum. Thornton still trying to protect stitches over eye. Good back and forth, although Shawn got the best shot in.

Finally a B player taking a heavyweight , and we see what happens, they get the crap beat out of them. Way to go Rosie. Next on the list is Lucie.

...wild-swinging affair and Rosehill does surprisingly well -- gets the edge in this one,...

Thornton lands a few, Rosehill misses most of his wild swings and was hanging on for dear life at the end. Win Thornton, but Rosehill showed up. The great thing about Thornton is that he can play actual minutes while guys like Rosehill are a liability every second the puck's in play.

These are the kind of fights the league wants to get ride of,the old lets dance without anything happening to start a fight..I love the fighting don,t get me wrong and if something dirty happens where one stronger player takes advantage of a skilled player than send the tough guy out to settle things down. These types of players don,t have the skill to play in the NHL.I differ with the announcers here because at just over 200 lbs these guys are light heavy.Good fight with the edge going to Rosehill in this one!Give it a 6.

Win Thornton who landed the better of the punches. Blood was from the stitches.
