Prust, upon losing all sense of the plot, bravely but foolishly, offers himself up as a punching bag to looch. Unable to believe his luck, lucic obliges practices a few lefts and it, predictably, is all downhill from there for prust

Lucic's last left buckles Prust.

lucic in a fight that was closer than it looked. Lucic with a couple power shots. For someone who dominates most of his fights, he never seems to hurt anyone. I think most teams will take a beatiung from him to get him off the ice for 5. Maybe he'll even break his hand on someones noggin.

I love all the Bruins haters calling Lucic a "spot picker".

Newsflash morons: Prust challenged Lucic.

And since when do first-line forwards & 30 goal scorers need to drop the gloves with useless goons like Rupp and Scott? Did Cam Neely fight all those oversized goons who could barely skate? No. He fought other skilled tough players like himself who also knew how to fight... Tochett, Samuellson, etc. It happened in the heat of the action, there weren't scheduled bouts. But he certainly didn't need to fight the likes of Bob Probert to prove himself.

Complete domination by Lucic against an excellent fighter who went looking for it, and got his face fed with multiple knuckle-bombs as a consequence... I gotta say this: Anyone who actually voted for Prust, unless it was a family member or a sexual partner, should be banned as a Fraud!!!

Lucic picked his spot again, how about that sucker punch he gave McDonagh at the end of the game. Just a Big coward protected by Campbells old man.

Lucic, with the dominating win here..not thrilled with the punch at the end to Prusts schnozz while defenseless...but I'll chalk it up to heat of moment.

Win Lucic. Prust has got balls though. He rarely if ever backs down. I can't believe that the Flamers got rid of this guy twice, considering their lack of talent, balls and multi purpose players.

What's the matter Claire, still bitter that your Flamers gave away a guy who can actually play and fight...and wasn't neutered by his former pillow biting teammates in Calgary?

Truth be told, the fight was a lot closer until Prust got his right caught up in his sweater. however no doubt you have to give lucic the w for the fight but a "p" for being a %#@%^ and not asking scott or rupp to go... but fully expected.

Lucic is very inconsistent. He will lose his next fight the same way he won this one.....

@ the self proclaimed genius of hockey and fight outcome predictor. Did I hear you mention that Chara fought the soon to be goal scoring record holder Jody Shelley? Then I guess there is a 1,000,000/1 shot, of the " worlds greatest defenseman ever", possibly giving a useless stroke like Scott a shot. Love it when people talk out of the both sides of their a$$. Also bdpetroni, Bob Probert was an all-star and came close to scoring 20 goals more than once in his prime with the Wings(29 one year), so don't say Cam Neely didn't have to fight the"likes" of a Bob Probert. Cam Neely 's name should not even be mentioned in the same sentence as" the best fighter ever" Probert.

To you idiots that still rank on Lucic for not fighting heavyweights,he beat Erskine,Carkner,Sestito,Rosehill,etc.. Prust went after him and got his ass kicked.....stop whinning about Lucic, you really wish you had him on your sorry ass team

Prust as usual shows how he has balls of steel, however he's no match for Lucic..

As much as I love Prust, he has to fight within his weight class. He's arguably the best middleweight in the league and we don't need him taking on a 6'4 Lucic. The reason we signed Rupp was to take some pressure off Pruster. Hopefully he lets the big boys handle the big boys.

Was fun watching Thornton, Chara, and Lucic avoid John Scott at every chance they got though

I'm sure if Scott was on the ice at the end of the game, maybe Lucic would have cut out his "sore-loser" act by going after Ryan McDonagh...

Lucic dominated in the end. Did not see a punch that would make Prust turn his back. Paid for it when he did. Win Lucic.
