I gave this a draw. It came down to quanitity vs, quality. I think McGratton landed more but Reaves landed more of the heavy shots. I think it evens out in the result. It was a good fight, I gave it an 8.
I got that excited when I saw gratts name on the fight list. It didn't disappoint. I wonder if the preds coach is like 'release the mckraken!' everytime he dresses gratts?... Anyways awesome tilt and hats off to both blokes. I love gratts pre fight ritual too. He is hands down the most entertaining fighter in the NHL. Slight edge mcgratten and a 9.
never thought Reaves would be that game for a tilt w/McG but he was down for the cause the whole way,...RR snuck a few in there before Brian controlled the late going,..Im not drinkin the same kool-aid y'all are and goin w/a SOLID draw,...these dudes went for it and showed hockey aint all the way dead yet... Holla!
I've been waiting RR to get a big bout like this all year. McG thew bombs...RR bucked and threw bombs. In the interview after the period, RR looked like he had been beaten with a hammer. McG cought a few and sprung a leak. Exciting fight, I think McG hit a lot of helmet, so I call draw....
Now thats a fight ,10/10 for Mr Mcgrattan , he's a true fighter , one that can take a punch and give a punch ...Excellant !!!!....Good to see his career back on track now that his traumatic period has ended....he should be playing for a canadian team thou .
