Slight edge to Richards,
in a fight that wasn't neccessary.

Richie has never been much of a fighter as evidenced here but he had to stand up to Morrow for his roughhouse tactics against two of L.A.'s best, Kopitar and Doughty.

The NHL's instigator rule is a joke.

Morrow slight edge. Another good hockey play leads to a fight

The instigator rule is a joke. It's no deterrent. Clean hit by Morrow, I think Kopitar got rung when his head got the boards. Why does every hard clean hit result in a fight?

Non event really for a whole lot of penalty minutes (for Richards)

Morrow brought the Wood in this one. Crushed Clifford! Crushed Kopitar! Richards standing up for his teammates. Respectable. Great game in LA tonight.

Another clean hit = another fight. It's getting stupid.

haha talented player fight here. not much of a tilt and Morrow did the only damage.

Nothing wrong with the hit, yet once again a fight ensues. Nothing much to the fight either. This is becoming an oxymoron by the players. They complain about not being able to hit, but it seems like after every good hit the hitter gets challenged or jumped.

What a bunch of morons those Kings are. O'Halloran was trying his game fixin best to gift wrap a victory for the Leagues chosen ones and they still lose. Too bad Morrow was at the end of his shift...otherwise he would have kicked Richards coke head ass all the way back to Philly.

Funny that Richards would take exception to that hit given that that is a hit he has thrown many times.

Wrong way to handle this. If your star talent guy gets run, you send out Clifford to run their star talent guys, then challenge Morrow.

Draw and a poor fight.
