The visors got the worst of it, but, by far...
the highlight of the fight,
had to be the collective ''Ooohhh'' ,by the announcers,
following Turris's last, decent right.

You don't normally see these two drop the gloves but the fight obviously ignited Briere who scored the tying goal and the winning goal with six seconds left in OT--a hat trick overall. Always the team player, Turris woke up Briere who I think plays at three-quarters speed on some occasions.

P.S. How does Briere fit all that hair inside his helmet?

was going to call it a draw, but the announcers swayed me that the last punch made the difference and I am giving it to Turris.

Briere looked better composed and got the better shots in.
Just hope this Win doesn't get into Dan's head and goes out looking for another one.

ahh, the little guys were flailing away!! One punch each landing amongst the wing flaps. Pretty good fight for two pretty good guys.

This is why fighting should never be taken out of the game! When two skilled guys go at it like this is when you know that its truly a part of the game!

Featherweight division, not a bad tilt win to Briere

If it wasn't for the visor Briere would have done more damage, but he still landed more and almost knocked it off.

for a lazy guy briere looked motivated, but gave it to turris for the uppercut.

Pretty good fight for two guys that don't do this stuff. Very close, but I have to give Turris a slight edge for doing some damage.

I don't think going into this game anybody would have expected a Daniel Briere vs. Kyle Turris fight. It's hard to call this one. I'm giving Turris the win by the narrowest of margins. This was a decent scrap between two guys who aren't known for dropping the gloves.
