Nichol seems to feel that
he's only a ''waving off the refs'' move away
from becoming the next Cam Janssen.

He is fiesty, but more in a ''poor man's Tootoo'', kind of way.

Nichol must be checking in with hockeyfights.com to see himself in action as it seems he's had a number of tilts lately. This scrap was more delay of game than fight.

Nichols was lucky he fell, he is brave but stupid, poor enough fight to give him a draw however.

At the game live it looked like Nichol started throwing before Hendrixx got his gloves off and then took a dive . . . give Hendy the win for bad Nichol behavior

I have a feeling Nichol would have gotten lit up.

A very awkward double high five at 0:29 behind the Irish newsie. The guy in the blue looked very resistant in wanting to partake, let alone have this blissful moment captured on national television.

He's probably now known around the office as "High-5"

Draw, Nichol landed a good shot, but fell before anything else happened. Nichol's aggressiveness gave him an early advantage but also caused him to slip.

Not much of a fight. Nichol lands two of three punches, then loses his balance to the pull of the much bigger (4" & 38 lbs.) Hendricks who threw one punch that totally missed. No way you can give Hendricks anything but pulling on Nichol. Amazing that neither Hendricks or Erskine paid an ounce of attention to Reaves who was throwing his weight around. Much easier to go after the 5' 8' 180 lb. Nichol.

Nichols landed the only punches.

Probably should have called it a draw, but gave it to Hendricks cause Nichol flopped just when it started to heat up.
