Note to Dubinsky...
you can actually leave the gloves on
if your only intention is to hug relentlessly.

Dubi fighting outside his weight class so Bieksa took out his team's frustration on him. The Canucks melted down in the third period.

Note to Dubinsky -- fighting OVechkin and Bieksa are not the same thing

I like and can't blame Dubinsky for being assertive.
However, you won't score with punches from that close in...

Bieksa's a good player, but he's a knucklehead.

Why do people like Dubinsky drop the mitts then only want to share a warm embrace? I mean really... an angry Bieksa, a scorned Dubinsky, an unromantic 3.

Was that Dick Cavett sitting there in the stands with the sour look on his face?

Oh, by the looks of that embrace KB got his quota of lovin' from BD.

@majew17: Its not really classless because thats actually what Dubinsky was doing in his attempt to fight. Bieksa just wanted an actual fight, but just got a lot of hugging.

bieksa's last 3 fights: dubinsky, marleau, and brouwer... man, he's such a tough guy

Easy win for Bieksa. Although Dubinsky was looking for the fight after getting hit, he realized that Bieksa wasn't f'ing around and decided to try and hang on. Perfectly good hockey in my opinion. Bieksa was emotional because of the pregame ceremony and frustrated because the Nucks were losing and took a good run at BD. In return BD didn't like it, took exception to it and then went at Bieksa. He then realized that he was in over his head and tried to hang on. Both of them are pretty much the same size so it seemed fair to me.

For those who are too ignorant, lazy and or more specifically have no idea what in the hell they're talking about, calling Dubinsky a non fighter when he has more than 50 fights on his resume is laughable. In fact he's had more fights than what Bieksa has had. Yeah, what a non fighter he is. These two are about the same height, weight and have a similar amount of fights on their card, so think of another excuse, otherwise please refrain from making the rest of us read such drivel.
