Versus went to a commercial break and then we got a replay of the scrap. More convincing was Lucic's left to the melon of Burrows.

Question: Who would win a three round boxing match between Darren Pang and the GEICO gecko?

No fight. On another note, the hit was bullshi* by Rome. I hope they throw the book at him. He hit him about 5 seconds after Horton passed the puck and I read all the Canucks fans saying it was a clean hit on TSN and so on. I am the biggest Vancouver fan as you all know, but I hate that garbage. That was so friggin obviously a penalty and a big suspension should follow. Biting, now that. Wonder what stupid thing we will do next.

Kesler is a great player, but his taking cheap shots when they are rolling about the ice is disappointing. The Canucks are showing even less heart and character than my Caps -- but at least the Caps don't dive and bite!
Althought this was a crap draw, giving the win to Seidenberg because of Kesler breaking the code and the general weasel behavior of the Canucks.

Draw, 1. Very late hit. Aimed high, interested to read the news tomorrow. Yes, back in the day it was a legal, clean, beautiful hit, but not anymore, and Rome knows that better than the rest of us. Surely wanted to fire up his team after his poor play in game 3 and remind Vigneault that he should be playing in game 4, but he probably did much the opposite of all that, and did nothing but woke Boston up, and sat himself the rest of the series.

No question this was a bad it by Rome and while it was only about a second late it definitely seemed like five.
Burrows truly is a woman - in the past year, he has pulled hair and bit someone. I hope Lucic and Burrows square off before the end of the series and Lucic makes him pay the price.
I loved when Lucic dropped the glove and stuck his fingers near his mouth. Thornton should not have been tossed for what he did. Understand the officials were trying to keep order but sending him to the room was over the top.

Stewart, I think that it was an exaggeration regarding the 5 seconds, but he's absolutely right about Rome needing a serious suspension. He's not a key player and his sitting the remainder of the finals would send a huge message while not truly effecting the outcome of the series.

Nobody (including opposing players) wants to see an injury like that. I don't know if you play the game or not, but questionable hits will always happen, however, the intent to seriously injure is never there.

Player-protection rules are in place to plant a seed of doubt in the mind of a player that has a guy lined up. It doesn't always register in time, but if it does it can save a career. There is no way to actually enumerate its effectiveness, but the rules can only help.

Kesler on top landing blows edge to him. All started by typical lucic being a b'tch cheap shotting someone half his size. I'm embarassed he's from vancouver

should be a draw but since Kesler felt the need to throw punches when he was lying on top of Seidenberg, just cant give him even a draw.

A crap fight in between a commercial break, Kesler at lest threw punches but only one on the ice landed...very cheap but I don't care because it's boston

Awful fight. Best part, besides Burrows acting like he was shot, was how slowly Raymond glided to his "defense". He was looking for anybody, ANYBODY to step between him and Lucic.

A typical POS Kesler fight, I hate that he is American. He runs his mouth how he isn't afraid of anyone but yet he is challenged by all types of guys and never stands up. The Canucks haven't had a blowout like this game to pay for their ***** way of playing. They run their mouth and are everything that is wrong with hockey, get rid of the instigator rule and these chicken **** ******* wouldn't win as many games. They are an embarrassment to hockey and I hope they don't win for the next 40 years. And back on the fight kesler pulls down Seidenberg so he wouldn't get his ass kicked by him or anyone else in the game. The NHL has brought this on by protecting a Canadian team so they can win the cup. next season there will be alot of guys paying back the sissy Canucks for the crap they have been pulling on the way to the cup, classless!!!
