Beautiful, if slightly late. hit by Staubitz,
followed by an over-reactive, ''Bertuzzian'' ambush.
The linesman seemed to be more pissed than McIntyre was.

An overcaffeinated Big Mac reacts to the Staubitz hit on MP-S.

MacIntyre is one of the few enforcers left in the league that shouldn't be on the ice. Can't skate, can't play, total idiot. He has been running around taking stupid penalties the last 10 games time after time. I guess the only reason they play him is they don't have anyone else left. A clean, mild body check and you back stab someone and attack him while he is down on the ice. Not sure why a 6 foot 8 Forest Gump needs to sucker anyone, especially on such a minor hit. Actually that may be offensive to Mr. Gump, he is much smarter than Mac.

6 foot 8 Forrest Gump! As Brad Staubitz didn't receive a fighting major, I'm not saying Mac won this. What a goon.

a quick win for Smackintyre

Sedinfan, take your mindless blabber elsewhere. Since when are you the judge of a) who deserves to play where, and b) how intelligent a player is based on his limited actions on the ice? It's morons like you that make me wanna lace them up again. It'd be interesting to see how you'd preach if you met the man himself. MacIntyre has a job to do and he does it well. Nobody gives a rats a$$ what you think of him as a person, as a hockey player or his level of intellect for that matter. Take a hike you hamster.

big mac should of waited awhile then got staubitz,im sure he could of given him a good lickin.but some times you just see red and thats that.PS:smacyntyre would shred staubitz if staubitz wanted to go toe to toe,but im saying he didn't.so big mac made sure he had no exit, and the team will pay the fine im sure.

This was more of a mugging than a fight. Can't choose a winner in this one.

Not a fight when a guy gets pummeled while lying on the ice. The linesman needs to learn from his foolish, over-zealous move here and slow things down a bit before flying in with reckless abandon to try to get involved before keeping his skate blades on the ice. Ridiculous!!!
