Wow...you'd think after his first ''iffy'' performance,
that O'Brien would have been a little more careful, the next time out.

I'd love to celebrate the fact that a Red Wing
just won two fights in the same game,
but it's never really a ''feel good'' victory,
if your opponent is, seemingly, retarded.

LOL at O'Brien's embarrassing, self-inflicted boarding to start things off.

The loser O'Brien could be heard singing that C&W favorite, "My wife ran off with my best friend and I miss him."

Or was that "If you won't leave me alone I'll find somebody who will."

It was only two years ago that O'Brein was with us Canucks, and although he was no heavyweight champ, he did very well with many of his scraps, showed some moxy and was a fan favorite. I am not sure what to think of these two performances, he looked like a scared rookie. Disappointing to say the least, I think we might have had a good scrap or two if he wasn't hanging on for dear life.

My favorite definition of 'Insanity' is : Doing something the same way twice and expecting a different result...
I feel Bertuzzi has never been the same since the Moore incident but good to know he can still take care of himself.
No contest.

wtf I'm not sure what took obrian so long to drop the mitts by I'm thinking the Tuzz still commands a lot of respect for his fistic abilities ......at least from OB he does

2 fights.... 2 ...I really don't want to be doing this from OB

O'Brien does himself no favours here the way he came in. Doo doo doodoodoodoo doo doo doo doo (circus music, okay?) Bertuzzi has the strength of a gorilla, what there was of a fight, he took. 3.

"efp" showing he clearly had a bad experience in nashville some time...

O'Brien loses a lot of pride tonight with two poor showings

After a weak showing in the first fight, O'Brien goes with the strategy of turning his back to Bertuzzi. Back to the drawing board...

O'Brien used to think he was tough in Portland. Now that he is in the NHL he is a joke. He didn't even want to initially drop the gloves. If he felt he got jumped in that first fight why was he so reluctant to drop them the next chance. It was right off the face off so there was no jumping him there. He loses both fights.

Ugh. Again a non-fight. Yet Bertuzzi manages to get a punch in while his opponent is falling to the ice. Good ol' Bertuzzi.

Should have a lettering system for scoring instead of a numbering system. This would get a "P", for Pathetic ,of course! But why should this be any different than their first embarrassing waste of time??? Even when a Detroit player finally drops the gloves, it still doesn't constitute a fight...

when Bertuzzi gets mad...heads will roll. O'brien quickly realized he was in over his head.
