Shelley seems to break Dave Schultz's previous record,
by single-handedly destroying two Rangers in less than 20 seconds.
Superior hit.

Well it was instigating as Boyle got the instigator and the toss from the game. Kudos to Boyle for stepping up for the Shelley hit on Gilroy but Shelley appears to have hit skull with that one thunderous right.

Shelley had been looking to go with Avery who was after Zherdev. Avery thought the wiser so Shelley skated around and met Gilroy head on. Boyle paid for Avery's sins.

There is nothing I enjoy more than watching someone get the pi** beat out of him after starting a fight because of a clean hit. Too bad Shelley didn't knock him right over the glass.

Boyle does the honorable thing for his mate but I don't think it was really the best time to pick on Shelley...

You see Mr. Boyle, Jody has been on a hot streak and many have referred to him as a 'Beast' lately.
I told you so...

Mild fight ...... No damage done!!!!! Skate to the box boys

the instigator was for picking a fight with a guy for delivering a good check

shelley with a beautiful hit on a pinching ranger defenceman, then proceeds to crack the skull of the oncoming cavalry. boyle had his bell rung for sure, one of those shots really stunned him good. looked like it might've caught ear. ouch. shelley and a 7.

Yay- The Flyers won a fight...Oh wait, cancel that since it was a non-fighter. Great to see Shelley finally win one. That was pretty damn pathetic. Initial hit sure looked high to me as well.

Big Boyle earns credit for taking on Shelley, but Shelley was to good for Boyle, Easy win Shelley.

obvious win by Shelley but those of you who think his hit on Gilroy was clean, think again. Clear shot to the head. Will be surprised if he isnt at least fined for the hit.

the flyers should be happy that jody shelley is hot right now especially since lappy is most likely done for good and carcillo has been getting bitched regularly, not to mention richard's still not being able to take down dubinsky.. but yeah clean hit by shelley and boyle made a big mistake in taking on the menance. w shelley 7
