Steve Bernier vs Travis Hamonic

I don't see any reason for any penalty other than the 5 for fighting. Isn't the hit from behind by Bernier what instigated this fight. Instigator is a BS penalty to begin with, here is another reason why. I have never seen a player given a penalty so long after the incident before. The NHL should be ashamed of such blatant corruption. The ref did not call the face shield penalty at the time of the incident. Someone got to the officials and told them they did not give enough penalties and to add to it. What the hell is going on?
