Too bad Godard is gonna probably get suspended for coming off the bench cause Johnson didnt look like he needed any help from the way the scrap started. I gotta laugh though how the Islanders alk of a sudden got big balks after Engelland and Rupp were gone then the Pens still won more of the fights. The chicken $hit ambush by Martin on Talbot wasnt even a fight and shouldnt be classified as one here. That said, if Talbot was sucker punched, how could he have gotten a fighting major? IMO the refs calked it a fight so they could eject Engelkand, knowing it was obly a matter of time before he put an Islander in the hospital

Geez all you PENS Homers, how does Johnson get a win-IT WAS TWO AGAINST ONE. haley would have killed him if Goon-goddard didnt come off bench. Plus Johnson called Haley down. Get with it people-i guess its a side-effect of Incest.

I wasn't sure how to call this. I gave it a draw because it was basically two on one. I'll give Johnson a lot of credit for being willing to go with a guy who just beat down Talbot. He held his own with or without Godard.

HIGH entertainment value, if not a great fight.
Haley had the barn rocking all night.
Points off Johnson when Godard jumos in.
Not much of a fight but a lot of fun!!

No clue why Goddard came off the bench because Johnson appeared to be handling the situation alone. Talk about one of Hockey's classless moves. An AHL goon skates right to a goalie and wants to punch his lights out. What did Johnson do wrong DP came out of the new and skated right down to Johnson and said lets go. He got his lights blinked so you bring an AHL goon in to get revenge. SHould be exciting when the Islanders return to the Consol in April.
Expect lots of suspensions in this one. The Pens must continue play with an AHL team!
All I can say is Haley squats to PI$$. Next time hit him with your purse.

Not a fight Haley went after Johnson in the maelstrom and Godard jumped out to protect Johnny Haley didn't take on two just Godard tackled them both to avoid his goalie getting beat around

Saved by goTard. anyone that puts Johnson as the winner is a homer and should be banned from participating

I like Godard, but I hate third man in situations. I understand Godard wanted to take Haley himself, but Johnson was already engaged with Haley. Johnson seems to enjoy this stuff, so let him go. 8 fights and 9 goals for the home team; what a great game for the attending fans...

The liitle punk Talbot was challenged repeatedly by several different Isles and would not drop his gloves before Martin finally jumped him, so stop the crap about Martin being a punk. And I don't understand how the dirtiest team in the league(Pens) gets a beatdown and the whole board is in an uproar. To me this was a long time coming and kujdos to the Isles for finally standing up for themselves.
