Yet another ''small Chinese girl''

manages to manhandle a much bigger opponent.

I sense a trend.

Sorry Kingpin, but that was just too funny.

Wallace was all action while Steckel was trying to keep his distance. Nothing hit from either side so Wallace wins on style points.

I guess if retribution is losing 3-0, so be it. I love Crosby and the Penguins, wish he was back, not a big fan of Ovechkin and the Capitals, but in my mind the collision with Crosby was an accident. Steckle doesn't hit, plays soft, so I am not sure what all of a sudden turned him into a goon.

PS Average fight at best, I think 90% of Wallaces many punches never got within 6 inches of Steckles noggin.

Draw - steckel does not fight and barely checks, but he answered the bell, threw punches and was barely hit (of corse he barely connected as well). Not sure "retribution" was warranted for the winter classic crosby thing, but steckel manned up.

Started off well with the lid toss...
Wallace was the better of the two.
Looked like Steckel was psychologically defeated by the half way mark, kind of got stuck and paralized...sort to speak.

j box is dead on. so is sj9096. wallace in a very entertaining win, both were throwing the ko punch, neither landed it, but it looked like wallace landed five times more than steckel. if nothing else, he was one spirited mother. a 6 fight.

Wallace with the easy win. Someone metioned why Engelland didn't step in? He tried on several attempts to engage Steckel and Hendricks and both acted like he was invisible. Rupp also went for Steckel and again got the cold shoulder. They send the little guy in and he still kicks his butt. Doubtful that this is over yet.

Steckel trying to put this misplaced Pittsburgh frustration to rest by shedding the bucket for Wallace and spends the whole fight trying to miss getting tagged hard and does a pretty good job at it.
Why not Pittsburghs other goons? Wallace and Steckel probably know each other from their collegiate league. This was probably 'arranged' (wink ,wink, nudge, nudge) off ice to get the Penguins and fans out of victim mode.
