Chris Neil vs Jody Shelley

Good scrap by 2 good ole boys. Neil started quickly with some upper cuts but Shelley came back with some big bombs late. Love it when the helmets fly off!!
Both of them took some good shots!

Neil with the early lead, but Shelly with the better finish, give credit to Neal for taking on the much bigger Shelly who didn't want to go with Carkner earlier in the third period. I guess Jody didn't want to go in case he would of lost on his home turf.....

Good fight by both guys edge shelly but once again chris neil shows that he has the best chin in hockey

a hell of a game with an even better ending. Shelley got the better of a fiesty Neil. Shelley is waking up and fighting and winning. expect next time a shelley vs carkner

This whole episode was a big mess and waste of time!!!

Shelley with more quality punches, but loses points for avoiding Carkner at all costs to go after smaller Neil.

If you had watched the whole game, Carkner played like a ***** cat and Neil was running around all over the place, included a cheap play at the end of the 2nd period where he hit Carter into Bobrovsky. That's why Shelley went after Neil instead of Carkner. If Carkner wants the action, he needs to play with more of an edge.

Love the Sens' announcers giving kudos to ChrissyNeil for "taking on the bigger" Shelley .... what's the matter, Danny Briere wasn't on the ice?

Neil is a douche bag ... and it's about time he had to fight with a fighter.

Neil deserved this one... he was trying to goat POWE of all people into fighting the entire night. Shelley didn't even want to fight him, we were 3 rows off the ice and Shelley was mouthing "why? you sure you want to?" and then just went at it. Neil with an early flurry but Shelley dominated at the end for the Win.

Shelley has the reach and Neil loses his lid. Neil got in vicious uppercuts. Shelley hammers the capable Neil. When Neil misses with the big left Shelley is able to get behind him and end the fight. Shelley should have faced up to Carkner.

Shelley with the win based on aggression...he didnt land much, is still washed up and was ducking Carkner big time....

nice win for Fartnell though....he opened up a can of Finn soup early and scored the W...

and ODonnell...isnt it past your bedtime old man.
