Not too much happening here, but Hendricks did land the best punch, an uppercut....with his shirt over his eyes no less. Downie's eye was swollen shut afterwards

For anyone saying Downie won the fight: Look at his left eye, by the end of the video it's basically swollen shut. He had a bag of ice over it his whole stay in the box and the next 5 minutes on the bench.

You people are wack. Caps were taking cheap shots at Downie the whole game up to this. They finally get the fight they want and Hendricks can't wait to get naked.

Downie won this one as it started even and then the jersey went over Hendricks's head and Downie had his way with him until the refs stepped in.

Another "meh" fight by the fighting major leader of the Washington Capitals. It's good that they have someone who is willing to throw down the gloves and do more than bleed on his opponent (sorry Brads), but you have to wonder if Gabby shouldn't be looking to DJ King to do more fighting and let Hendricks get back to scoring.
