| The horn sounds to end the period, but Barnaby and Moen decide to drop the mitts and duke it out at center ice. Barnaby chases Moen with long rights to start things off and Moen responds with a right of his own. The two exchange rights to the side of the head and Moen throws a couple of more rights while Barnaby tries to shake off his elbow pad. Moen throws a flurry of eight straight rights while they are spinning around, but most of them miss their target. They wrestle around for a bit until Barnaby gets an arm free and throws two rights to the side of Moen's head. Barnaby connects with a short right to the back of Moen's head and a left cross that surprises Moen. Moen responds with a right-uppercut combination and the two then grapple some more. Barnaby misses wide with a left hook and Moen then throws four rights to the back of Barnaby's helmet. They then hold on, causing the linesmen to skate on over towards them. Barnaby throws an overhand right, but the linemen have already grabbed both players. |

Armstrong and Robidas grab ahold of each other and drop the gloves, skating further down ice to get away from the crowd. Armstrong throws a short right before Robidas fires away with two lefts. Robidas falls to the ice and Armstrong allows him to return to his feet. Robidas then throws two lefts and a right. Armstrong returns fire with a left and a right, and Robidas throws two lefts in response. Armstrong throws two long rights just before the two fall to the ice. The linesmen come in to break things up and Armstrong skates away trying to pump up the crowd. Other Penalties: Armstrong received a roughing; Sean Avery a high sticking and misconduct; Matt Barnaby a double roughing and misconduct. |

They go toe-to-toe with punches to start things off: Low with lefts, King with rights. King throws ten straight shots to the helmet and back of Low, who responds in kind with two jabs. The two spin around and Low connects with a right cross as they go up against the glass. King throws two rights and they stop throwing for a moment only to go toe-to-toe with rights this time around. Low then throws a left and right combination just before the linesmen come in and end the fight. |

Morris and Fiddler come out of the commotion with their gloves dropped and each other tied up. Fiddler throws three early, locked-out rights before Morris answers, landing four rights to the back of Fiddler's helmet. Morris shakes off his elbow pad and connects with an uppercut before throwing two rights at a bent over Fiddler. Fiddler puts his head into Morris' chest and pushes him up against the glass, but Morris is able to get his right hand free and throw three more rights just before Fiddler falls to the ice. The linesmen then jump in and end the fight. Other Penalties: Morris received an instigator and misconduct; Josh Gratton a roughing; Dan Hamhuis a roughing and charging. |

Boynton connects with a right that sends Tootoo to the ice, but Tootoo is able to collect himself and get back up to his feet. Boynton throws a right and Tootoo answers with an uppercut before the two go toe-to-toe once again for a split second. They then hold on until the linesmen skate over and break things up. Hordichuk answers back with a short right and they decide to hold on until the linesmen are able to step in and end the fight. |

The two exchange rights and then wrestle around for the remainder of the fight until the linesmen decide to intervene. |

Boogaard then lands a right cross that stuns Shelley and the two hold on until the linesmen come in. |

The two end up in front of the Lightning bench and Jokinen has a few words with a couple of players on the bench just before he connects with a right cross. Jokinen throws two more rights and Richards ducks underneath and pushes him up against the bench. Jokinen throws three rabbit punches to the back of Richards head before the linesmen come in. |

| A late hit after the whistle causes a giant scrum in the corner. Neil and Steve Begin drop the gloves and come out of the crowd throwing punches at each other. Downey skates over and grabs Neil. A linesmen comes over and grabs Begin off of Neil, then skates over to Downey and tries to separate him from Neil. Neil throws a left and one of the referees skate over to try and pry them apart as well. Neil screams at him and after a moment they decide to let the two go. They skate further down ice and begin a battle that sees both fighters landing numerous shots, both lefts, rights, and uppercuts. They separate at one point only to continue throwing punches boxing-style before the referees finally step in and end the fight. Other Penalties: Downey received a charging and misconduct; Andrej Meszaros a roughing and misconduct. |

While he is falling, Peters gets Norton in a headlock and starts throwing short rights. Peters gets in two more while Norton is down on the ice and the linesmen are quick to rush in. |
