The two shed the gloves and helmets, squaring off at center ice. They grab ahold of each other and Asham throws a right to start things off. They go up against the boards and Richards throws a flurry of six quick rights with Asham coming back with a right of his own. Richards throws his elbow pad down to the ice and they go back and forth with overhand rights. They end up against the glass once again and Richards switches hands, throwing two lefts. Asham connects with three overhand rights to the back and top of Richards' head and Richards goes down to a knee. Richards returns to his feet and throws a right just before Asham connects with three more overhand rights at a bent over Richards. The linesmen then quickly grab the two and end the scrap.

Behind the play they drop the gloves and grab ahold of each other at center ice. Markov pushes Staios up against the glass and throws a right before Staios goes down to a knee. Markov takes advantage and throws two rights while Staios is down. Staios gets back up to his feet and throws a flurry of four lefts that knock Markov's helmet off. Markov throws an overhand right at the side of Staios' head and the two wrestle up against the glass until the linesmen come in. Other Penalties: Staios received an instigator and misconduct.

Barnaby hip checks Ference to the ice and proceeds to cross check him after, knocking Ference down once again while the players battle along the boards. Ference gets back up and goes right after Barnaby, pushing him up against the glass just before the two drop the gloves. Ference throws five short rights to start things off and Barnaby returns fire with one during Ference's flurry. Ference gets Barnaby's helmet off and the two go back and forth with a mix of rights and uppercuts. Both Barnaby and Ference shake off their elbow pads only to receive a few shots in return. They continue to go back and forth with punches while they venture to the back of the net and battle along the boards. They keep on exchanging rights at a good pace with Barnaby getting the better of Ference. Barnaby switches hands and lands a left, but the linesmen decide to move in and end the fight.

Behind the play, the two have a few words and decide to drop the gloves. They immediately grab ahold of each other and Jackman connects with a right to start things off. They go back and forth with rights until Laperriere starts to shake his elbow pad off. Jackman throws two more rights and Laperriere answers back by switching hands and throwing two lefts. Jackman throws three rights to the side of Laperriere's helmet and Laperriere is finally able to get his elbow pad off. They each land a right cross and then wrestle around until they fall to the ice. The linesmen come in shortly after.

Greene knocks Mike Johnson to the ice with a knee-on-knee hit. Play continues and Souray confronts Greene after the whistle, giving him a few shoves. They quickly drop the gloves and Souray misses with a right that Greene is able to duck under. Souray wrestles Greene to the ice and then gets two rights in on a turtled Greene before the linesmen decide to intervene. Other Penalties: Souray received an instigator and misconduct; Greene a tripping.

Way behind the play they drop the gloves and square off just inside of the blueline. The two grab ahold of each other, spin around, and Smith misses with a left cross. They wrestle around for a long while, each player unable to get anything free to attempt a clear shot. Downey is able to get Smith's helmet off and Smith starts the action back up again, missing with a left jab. Downey returns fire with two rights to the back of Smith's head and Smith goes down to his knees. The linesmen then quickly move in and grab them, ending the fight.

Komisarek knocks David Aebischer into the net and receives two cross checks from Winchester. The two drop the gloves and quickly grab ahold of each other with Winchester throwing two rights shortly after. Winchester gets Komisarek's jersey up and over his head, but Komisarek throws four quick rights. Winchester responds with three of his own and Komisarek throws two more rights that cause Winchester to back away. Winchester throws a right and an uppercut while Komisarek's jersey is still covering his head. They exchange a few more rights until they lose their balance and fall to the ice with the linesmen quickly coming in as soon as they fall. Other Penalties: Winchester received a goaltender interference.

They drop the gloves and square off at center ice. The two grab onto each other and Laraque throws three lefts and Ivanans one of his own just before they fall to the ice. They quickly return to their feet and Laraque connects with two lefts that knock Ivanans' helmet off. Ivanans then gets Laraque in a headlock and throws a left. Laraque gets free, throwing two more lefts and is then able to push Ivanans to the ice. The linesmen come in shortly after.

After a lengthy staredown where McCarty gets frustrated and motions Mayers to get going already, the two finally grab ahold of each other as Mayers gets McCarty in a headlock. McCarty gets out of it and throws a quick left just before they grapple. McCarty gets free again and throws two lefts before Mayers falls to the ice. McCarty gets in two more while Mayers is down on the ice, forcing the linesmen to move in rather quickly.

Behind the play they two drop the gloves and square off near the blueline, shadow boxing for a good while. Belak finally grabs ahold of Peters and throws a right and four lefts after doing so. Belak throws a series of jersey-jabs mixed in with rights and an uppercut while Peters is turned around. Peters returns fire with a right and Belak continues to throw jersey-jabs and the occasional right hand. The same exact exchange happens once more until the two start going back and forth with rights. They continue to exchange a mix of punches at a slow pace until Peters gets Belak up against the boards and throws two quick rights just before the linesmen grab the two.

Prust gives Shelley a few pokes to the back with his stick while the two skate up ice. Shelley turns around and they quickly drop their gloves, grabbing ahold of each other in the process. Prust attempts two uppercuts to start things off while Shelley tries to shake his arm loose. Shelley throws two locked-out rights and then another right that misses the target while Prust ducks down. Prust comes back with a short right and Shelley throws two rights to the back of Prust's head before they fall to the ice, forcing the linesmen to intervene. Other Penalties: Prust received a hooking.

Right off of the faceoff, the two fling the gloves and sticks aside, squaring off in the middle of the New Jersey zone. They grab ahold of each other and Asham starts things off with a series of jersey-jabs mixed in with two long rights. Janssen returns fire with a right and they go back and forth with the right hand, each landing one or two. Asham throws two rights, one of them knocking Janssen's helmet off just before Janssen fires away with a right and shakes off his elbow pad. They exchange a few jersey-jabs and rights until they nearly lose their balance. The linesmen start to come in, but are quickly waved off by Janssen. They spend the rest of the fight going back and forth with rights, jabs, and uppercuts: Janssen getting the better of the exchange. Asham gets turned around and that signals that it's time for the linesmen to move in and end the scrap.

Hollweg lays a questionable hit on Teemu Selanne along the boards while Selanne plays the puck up ice. O'Brien skates up to Hollweg, challenges him, and the two drop the gloves. They quickly start going toe-to-toe with quick punches: Hollweg with lefts, O'Brien going with the right. None of the punches seem to hit their mark however. Hollweg misses with a left, allowing O'Brien to throw two rights. Hollweg barely ducks under the first, but loses his balance and falls to the ice. O'Brien connects with the second right while Hollweg is on the ground and the linesmen quickly come in. Other Penalties: O'Brien received an instigator and misconduct.

The two drop the gloves directly after the faceoff and grab ahold of each other. They wrestle along the boards until Walker throws almost a dozen rights to the body and head of Barnaby. Walker throws five more rights and a body shot until Barnaby is able to tie him up. They wrestle around and trade punches to the back of each other's head until the linesmen see an opening to end the fight and grab the two to do so. Other Penalties: Barnaby received a misconduct.

An offsides call on the Dallas Stars halts play and Mayers goes directly after Morrow. The two quickly drop the gloves and grab ahold of each other, actively wrestling around in tight. Morrrow creates distance and lands an uppercut, following it up with a right to Mayers' helmet. Mayers throws two rights and gets another one in while Morrow goes down to a knee. Morrow gets back up to his feet and the two exchange punches to the back of the head until they lose their balance and head to the ice with the linesmen grabbing them as soon as they fall.
