Kilger throws about five rights with a few landing as de Vries struggles to get an arm free. de Vries then lands a right cross and Kilger connects with a right that knocks de Vries' helmet off while he is bent over. Kilger removes his own helmet and proceeds to throw two rights that miss as de Vries returns fire with a right. de Vries lands another right and Kilger loses his balance and goes down to a knee before both guys fall to the ice. Other Penalties: Kilger received an instigator and misconduct. |

They're quickly back on their feet and Bouck misses two right as Goertzen misses a right and lands a right. They spin around and both throw right, Bouck misses and Goertzen glances his shot. They grapple and spin and Bouck lands a very short right. They spin and grapple some more and the linesmen come in. |

Fedoruk moves in and grabs on awkwardly and throws a right and quickly moves to switch to the left. They exchange a couple of lefts, one knocking Fedoruk's helmet off, and Fedoruk tries to switch back to the right. Fedoruk misses with a right and Laraque takes over throwing a series of hard lefts, a few connecting cleanly, until Fedoruk is driven down to the ice. The linesmen quickly move in to break it up. |

| The puck is cleared from Buffalo's defensive end and these two drop the gloves and square off. They come together, each grabbing the other's jersey with the left. McGrattan starts off with about 4-5 jersey-jabs, a couple of them landing. The two then exchange a couple of rights. McGrattan mixes in a left hand while Peters sticks with the right. They start exchanging rights, each throwing in a left jersey-jab or two for good measure and both are landing some shots. Peters then lands a big right. He throws another that comes up short and McGrattan tosses his own right that doesn't make it while Peters misses with another right. McGrattan is still holding onto Peters with his left, but is now hunched over and he covers his face with his right hand. Peters stops throwing and signals for the linesmen to come in. |

Stevenson goes back to the overhand right that Strudwick avoids. The momentum of Stevenson's miss sends him to the ice with Strudwick on top. |

Orr ducks away from the punches, sticking his head over the bench while Brashear has his left hand cocked. The linesmen then come in and end the fight. They grapple some more and Iginla finally gets loose and throws two rights, with one landing to the side of Kesler's face. They go back and forth with punches: Iginla with rights, Kesler with lefts. Iginla then throws a body shot before they wrestle around in close quarters. Iginla switches hands and throws five lefts with a few connecting as Kesler throws a left. Kesler then lands two rights as Iginla lands a left. Iginla lands a big right and the two begin to exchange right hands once again. They go back and forth with some more punches, both fighters obviously fatigued as Iginla shakes his elbow pad off. They each land two rights before Iginla misses with two wide lefts and the linesmen come in and finally stop the fight. |

They fall to the ice as Petrovicky throws two quick rights while they are down. |
