Nov 28, 2003 New Jersey Devils Grant Marshall
2pd 10:56 Dallas Stars John Erskine
Marshall comes back for revenge against Erskine who is more than willing to oblige, but the linesmen decide they don't want to see this matchup. Once again there is no attempt to get helmets off, just both guys throwing big time rights. Only this time the linesman is the one on the receiving end and he takes a huge shot from Erskine.

Nov 28, 2003 New Jersey Devils Grant Marshall
1pd 13:58 Dallas Stars John Erskine
They drop the gloves quicly and get right down to business with no attempt to remove the buckets, both throwing punches with mean intentions. They each connect with a couple of glancing rights, with the better shots being landed by Erskine which causes Marshall to go a little off balance. Erskine uses his height to take advantage of this situation and unloads with a bomb with his right hand sending Marshall down.

Nov 28, 2003 New York Rangers Richard Scott
3pd 17:02 Pittsburgh Penguins Kelly Buchberger
Right after the NYR score a fourth goal to salt away the game with a couple minutes to go, Richard and Kelly decide to drop them after they meet up in the corner. Good squareoff and they come together. Buchberger just misses with a bomb of a right that would been a killer if it landed. They grapple some, and Scott gets loose. But he doesn't land anything as his feet go right out from under him. As the linesmen jump in, Buch throws a couple as he's on top of Scott, no big deal. But then Kelly puts his forearm on top of Scott's throat and tries to land some more short lefts with the stripes all over them. They are finally separated. Scott's falling stopped this one before it could get good.

Nov 28, 2003 Chicago Blackhawks Ryan VandenBussche
1pd 11:37 Anaheim Ducks Garrett Burnett
Vandenbussche and Burnett had a dandy of a go late in the first period. They exchanged some monster shots, while switching hands in the process. It was an old-fashioned duke-out, ending in a massive right hand by Burnett that KO'd Vandy. He got up and his nose just started pouring blood. Vandy was very slow to the bench, and almost fell as he tried to get back up. You can see Burnett tap Vandenbussche on the chest immediately after dropping him - a bit of gentlemanly goondom, if you will.
Voted winner: Garrett Burnett (100.0%) - Voted rating: 7.8

Nov 26, 2003 New York Rangers Chris Simon
1pd 08:29 Florida Panthers Grant McNeill
McNeill puts the stick between Barnaby's legs and tries to get him to go. As they skate up the ice Simon comes over and shoves McNeill. Another Florida player skates over to Simon to shove him. McNeill drops the gloves and starts hitting Simon with right hands, some of which hit. Simon is trying to get in fighting position as he was essentially caught off-guard by McNeil. Once Simon is squared away he starts hammering McNeill with a barrage of lefts. A solid left to McNeill's jaw snaps his head back and puts him down to one knee. To McNeill's credit he gets right back up and both players trade a few more punches before the linesman step in.
Voted winner: Chris Simon (86.3%) - Voted rating: 8.3

Nov 26, 2003 Columbus Blue Jackets Jaroslav Spacek
2pd 11:01 Nashville Predators Vernon Fiddler
Happened at the same time as the Tootoo-Klesla fight. Spacek tried to hold on and Fiddler fed him a few noogies before Spacek went down. However, the linesman were busy trying to pull Tootoo off of Klesla, so Fiddler fed Spacek a few more for good measure while on the ice. Other Penalties: Each player received a game misconduct.

Tootoo checks Klesla hard into the boards and Klesla takes exception, shoving Tootoo a couple of times. Tootoo turns around and they immediately shed the gloves. Tootoo throws several overhand rights to start things off, connecting with a couple of decent shots. Klesla tries to tie him up. Klesla gets bent over and Tootoo throws a couple of uppercuts, couldn't tell if they landed. Klesla gets straightened up and Tootoo knocks Klesla to the ice. Klesla was soaking a towel with his blood as he went to the lockerroom for repairs.

Nov 26, 2003 Washington Capitals Stephen Peat
2pd 14:11 Buffalo Sabres Eric Boulton
At the faceoff they drop the gloves and have a nice squareoff. They come together with Boulton getting a good right in. They hold on and Peat gets the helmet off of Boulton and throws five or six rights with most hitting the side of the head. They then hold on again and Peat gets a right free and gets a nice punch in. He then switches to the left and gets a big uppercut and Boulton finally gets free and misses a huge haymaker and falls.
