Mar 18, 2003 Calgary Flames Jarome Iginla
3pd 15:38 Los Angeles Kings Sean Avery
Iginla checks Avery and Avery falls. Before Avery even gets up Iginla drops his gloves and skates backwards waiting for Sean to get up and drop 'em. Iginla also takes off his helmet (Visor) as does Sean and they have a long, fair squareoff and it looks like Avery just jumps in, both throwing a couple that do not land. Iginla has Avery in a odd position, but Avery manages to throw a short punch that lightly connects to Iggy's face (no damage) and Avery's jersey is over his head aa Iginla throw's 2 noogies to Avery's head. Its all over then. It looked like Avery tried to throw more then Iginla.

Mar 18, 2003 Boston Bruins Jonathan Girard
3pd 17:18 Phoenix Coyotes Daymond Langkow
Thornton and Nagy hit the ice, and Nagy is upset about a non-call. He hooks Joe going away and Joe come back and throws a glove punch that put Nagy down. Then Burke comes out and Joe threw one at him too. Numminen comes in to grab Joe, but Teppo certainly won't go. Away from the play, Girard and Langkow start to go and it was a pretty good tilt. Both throwing some good punches, Langkow rights and Girard switched up. They went for a good 45-50 seconds before they got to the boards and were broken up. Good scrap between two unlikely combatants. Other Penalties: Ladislav Nagy received a cross checking; Sean Burke a goalie leaving the crease; Joe Thornton a double roughing.

Mar 18, 2003 Boston Bruins Krzysztof Oliwa
1pd 14:23 Phoenix Coyotes Andrei Nazarov
Buchy takes a shot a Gill after Hal cleared him away from Raycroft's net. Oliwa had just stepped on the ice and went straight for Naz in the corner and they go. Oliwa was throwing a lot of rights, Naz just holding on. After a while, they get to about the faceoff dot and Nazzy seemed to have had enough and body slams Oliwa to the ice. Oliwa had a look of disgust on his face.

Mar 18, 2003 Ottawa Senators Chris Neil
2pd 18:52 Carolina Hurricanes Craig Adams
Really not much of a fight. Late in the second period Neil starts roughing up Craig MacDonald for several seconds. Adams steps in and after a couple of shoves they drop the gloves and lock up. Neil throws a couple of punches, couldn't tell if he landed an uppercut since the camera angle was directly behind Adams. Adams didn't get any punches off. The linesmen broke it up pretty quickly. Other Penalties: Neil received a roughing.

Mar 18, 2003 Philadelphia Flyers Marty Murray
3pd 06:47 Buffalo Sabres Maxim Afinogenov
Yes, you read that right. Kim Johnsson slashes Maxim, who is pissed. At the other end of the ice, he hits Murray from behind. Murray goes right after Afinogenov and they actually drop the gloves. They look really into it, threw a few each, but nothing much happening. They fall and it's over. Other Penalties: Joe Sacco received a roughing.

Mar 18, 2003 Philadelphia Flyers Donald Brashear
1pd 00:11 Buffalo Sabres Eric Boulton
This one didn't take long, about 11 seconds into the game. Right off the faceoff. Short square-off, Brash grabs on and Boulton throws a right to the side of the head. Some hugging, Brash's helmet falls off. Boulton gets the right free and throws a few more, nothing damaging. Brash eventually pulls Boulton's helmet off and tries a few, they land on the top of the head. It opens up a bit, Brash landing a few hard lefts, and Boulton trying to respond with one. Boulton falls, possible TKO/KD for Brash. Boulton comes out of it with a red mark on the right side of his nose.

Mar 17, 2003 Chicago Blackhawks Jason Strudwick
3pd 02:35 San Jose Sharks Rob Davison
Camera gets there late. Apparently Strudwick just finished his forecheck along the far boards and Davison did not appreciate it too much. The camera returns to the action as Struddy is throwing his usual straight rights, hitting mostly helmet, and Davison is holding back not really throwing any counters. Davison then decides to join the fight and throws a wild one, not hitting, but got Strudwick off the offensive. At this point Strudwick regains himself and is now jockeying for position and decides to rip off the Davison’s helmet and as he was doing so, loses balance and Davidson falls on top.

Mar 17, 2003 Edmonton Oilers Jason Smith
2pd 03:47 Nashville Predators Scott Walker
Scrum in front of Salo, and Smith seemed surprised that Walker dropped his gloves. Smith drops his and it's on. They are exchanging wild rights as Smith seems to be getting the better of it. Smith is now spinning Walker around and lands two big right hands, while Walker counters with a big one of his own. He seemed to stun Smith with that one. They exchange rights again, but there's not much behind either guy's punches as they're starting to fatigue. Linesmen come in and this one is over.

Mar 17, 2003 Columbus Blue Jackets Jody Shelley
2pd 03:49 Atlanta Thrashers Jeff Odgers
Odgers comes into to Shelley with a high crosscheck and of course they go. Both guys looked to land some shots in a brief attempt at toe to toe. Odgers goes down somehow, but Shelley holds up. Both guys were mouthing off afterwards. Other Penalties: Odgers received an instigator and misconduct.

Mar 17, 2003 Minnesota Wild Willie Mitchell
2pd 05:18 Tampa Bay Lightning Ben Clymer
Both shove behind net and throw glove punches. They both drop the gloves and grab on and hold on tight and Clymer throws little love-taps like a pat on the head by your dad when you were younger. Mitchell tried to throw, but nothing connects.

Mar 17, 2003 New York Islanders Arron Asham
2pd 09:57 New York Rangers Matt Barnaby
The two are talking before the faceoff and they drop em once the puck is dropped. They are over near the Isles' bench and Matt is jawing at them while Asham is swinging. A few punches that don't connect, then Barnaby decides to try to throw a few. When he opens up, Asham does the same and starts to hit him pretty good. They exchange with Asham definitely doing better, but nothing devestating. They go down with Asham on top.
Voted winner: Arron Asham (92.9%) - Voted rating: 6.6

Mar 16, 2003 Calgary Flames Scott Nichol
1pd 05:43 Anaheim Ducks Marc Chouinard
Fight started off of a faceoff, seemed as if Nichol cross checked him after the puck drop. Each were swinging wildly and did land several, Nichol seemed to land more.

Mar 16, 2003 Colorado Avalanche Adam Foote
2pd 13:20 Washington Capitals Brian Sutherby
Foote landed two or three good rights at first and Sutherby answered with two rights of his own. Sutherby then gets Foote's helmet off and they get tangled up. Finally Sutherby gets free and lands three more good rights.

Mar 15, 2003 Dallas Stars Philippe Boucher
2pd 17:13 Edmonton Oilers Brad Isbister
A few minutes prior to this scrap, Isbister crushed Sydor with a clean, solid hit that set off a major scrum involving Downey, Ott, Staios, Smith, York and Boucher. Oilers are on a PP now and as Hirsch covers up the puck, Boucher and Isbister are at the side of the net having words. They decide to drop the gloves. Isbister gets going first, throwing 3 or 4 right hands, connecting to helmet and the side of the head. Boucher throws a couple, one connected. Isbister throws a few more and Boucher goes down with Isbister on top still throwing rights. Isbister is bleeding from the nose, so one of Boucher's shots got in there however he still appeared to get the better shots in overall.

Mar 15, 2003 Anaheim Ducks Lance Ward
2pd 17:14 Phoenix Coyotes Kelly Buchberger
Ward gets a little too close to the Phoenix net after a whistle and everyone comes together. Immediately Buchberger shoves him and the gloves come off. It takes Buchy a while to get his right glove off, but he finally gets it off and they go at it. A lot of grappling at first until Ward gets loose and throws a right that didn't look to land. They grapple a bit more and Buchy throws a left which misses and they fall to the ice.
