| Comments: Marshall finishes a weak check and the jawing begins. After a couple "wanna go's" D.J. drops and tries to attack with a quick right, however, Marshall pops him a good right instead. Smith then catches Marshall with a couple of good quick rights, then Marshall pops Smith with another right. Next thing ya know, Marshall throws an unsuspecting left and down goes Smith. | ||

| Comments: Starts with Wright giving Shantz a little crosscheck to the back as they are heading to the benches. After a couple of words, the gloves drop and they grab on and away we go! Shantz throws a couple of rights that seem to just barely connect lightly, then Wright returns the favor. Then they both grab on and from there nothing much. | ||

| Comments: Berube takes a run at a Coyote, then comes in Naz. Naz decides he actually wants to throw punches in this one and throws 3-4 left hands, landing a couple on Berube. He then switched to the right and nails Craig right on the beak; and Naz then wrestles Berube down. | ||

| Comments: LaCouture goes after Goren late in the game, for Goren taking Kovies knees out in the 1st. LaCouture controlled the fight and landed a few good lefts, Goren really didn't look like he even threw a punch. Goren also looked cut on the forehead. Other Penalties: LaCouture received an instigator and misconduct. | ||

| Comments: Dwyer lays a vicious check on Denis Arkhipov. Simpson immediately goes after Gordie. They come together and Dwyer ties Simpson up. Reid finally gets his right free and lands three good rights to the side of Dwyer's face. Simpson loses his balance and Dwyer takes him down to the ice. Dwyer had a nice mouse under his right eye and was dabbing at a cut on the bridge of his nose while in the box. | ||

| Comments: The two grab each other behind the net after a whistle and look like they want to go, but a linesman jumps in. They won't let go and another ref tells the first to back off. Both players are just holding on for a few more seconds until Low gets his right arm free and throws a few, none of which do any damage. A little more holding and the linesmen start to come in. Odelein shakes his head no repeatedly, and the refs back off. Again, Low throws some rights, Odelein can't get his right free to unload, and the linesmen try to come in. Again Odelein says no. Low throws some more rights, Odelein holds on, and the refs come in. Odelein again shakes his head no, but this time the linesmen ignore him and break up the fight. | ||

| Comments: It happens quickly away from the play, sort of a mutual thing. The gloves come off fast and Marchment goes with the lefts, Stevenson with the rights. Both guys try with several of each and Stevenson goes down with Mush on top. Marchment looked to be doing better and he may have landed something, where as Turner didn't get anything in. | ||

| Comments: As soon as the puck drops Allen drops the gloves and lunges forward, then the camera goes to the crowd. When they get back to the action they are both tied up by the linesmen and still trying to get at each other. Allen was pissed as two refs had to tackle him as he was still trying to get Simpson, as he was escorted off he was still swearing and trying to get at any other Nashville player. Majors? | ||

| Comments: Ferguson gives Berube a shove as Craig dumped the puck in down low. Berube shoved back and off come the gloves. They exchange punches, Berube with the right, Ferguson with the left. About 3-4 shots each. Ferguson is now holding on while Berube is clearly controlling the fight. Berube throws a couple more rights before the linesmen jump in. | ||

| Comments: Off the opening faceoff, these two drop the gloves. All Clark here. He throws all the punches while Horcoff is hanging on. No damage done though, most of Clark's punches hit the back of Horcoff's head, or just plain missed. | ||

Play continues for a few seconds more and when the whistle blows, Foote challenges and away we go. Unfortunately, Foote falls down quickly and takes four big rights to the back of the head. He gets back up and the two big D-men tie themselves up and the linesmen are in. | ||
