Jim Cummins |
| Cummins gets the right going pretty well and tags Barnaby with a couple. Barnaby puts his head down and starts firing back and looks to catch Cummins with one that puts him down (then throws one more for good measure). Looked more like a push or a slip then a punch that put Cummins down. |

Kevin Sawyer |
| Felix Potvin is behind the net, working the puck, and along comes Sawyer and just lays a shoulder into Potvin knocking him to the ice on his back. All the Kings on the ice come to the aid of their goalie and Laperriere ends up with Sawyer. Lappy tried his best to send the message to Sawyer by throwing a few punches with only 2 or 3 landing, but Sawyer hits him with about 5 or 6 of his own, plus the take down. Other Penalties: Sawyer received a charging major. |

Scott Parker |
| Boulton sticks Parker and Parker sticks him right back. During the face off they are staring each other down and when the puck drops, the gloves drop and the two square off forever, skating all over the ice with Parker in the boxing stance and Boulton shaking his tightly clenched fists. They come together and boom! Suddenly Parker goes down from a punch that appeears to land on Parkers neck/chin...could be momentum that knocked him down though. Parker gets up and Boulton throws a few more than Parker gets a body shot in when the linesmen step in. |

Sami Helenius |
| 1pd 05:46 |
Columbus Blue Jackets |
Jody Shelley |
| Camera get in as the two are clutching and grabbing. Helenius is holding Jody off with the left while Shelley has a left hand full of collar. Jody's right is free. Shelly is feeding Helenius pieces of his left knuckle by pushing his fist into his face while holding his left collar. Annoying no doubt. Oooh, he actually made that short left count as Helenius' head snaps back. There's another one to the jaw. Jody gives him three more of the really short lefts. No damage done but they are making contact. Sami pushes him away as he's getting aggravated with it all. Funny thing, now Helenius has a left full of collar and is feeding Shelley some of the three inch piston shots. He pushes about three of'em into Shelley's jaw. Shelley ain't having it and lands a long right to the jaw. This removes Helenius' helmet who returns a right but it's hard to call due to the camera angle. Another right from the Finn rocks the back of Shelley's helmet. Jody is game and returns a right that falls way short. Locked out a bit now and Helenius fires another hand-full-of-collar left to Shelley's jaw. Shelley let's go with a big right that appears to graze Helenius' face which is sporting a little blood from the nose. Shelley is bent over and locked out. Helenius throws a nothing right and then misses with a left. Now Shelley throws a few hand-full-of-collar lefts. Blah, blah, blah... Ouch! As Shelley straightens up he is met by an incoming left to the eye. That hurt. Luckily he gets bent over again which causes a second left to miss. Jody straightens up with a purpose and fires a right which grazes Helenius' face. Another right grazes as well and a third doesn't quite make it. Helenius lands a right to the helmet and then both guys miss rights. Ding Dong! Heavy duty rights in stereo and it is on! Another Shelley right drills the right side of Helenius' face while Sami's right goes off course. Another Shelley right lands to the jaw as he evades a Helenius right. It's non stop as Shelley connects to the forehead this time while taking one on the top of his helmet. Write it down, Helenius came up on the short end of that barage and his bell is ringing. He buries his head in Shelley's chest and is wondering where the linesmen are. Shelley lands nine noogie shots while in tight. They're in real close and the linesmen are circling. Helenius is facing his opponent now and gives Shelley a short left semi-uppercut that lands to the jaw. Well Helenius' helmet has popped back on and off goes Jody's! Weird. They're still in close and Shelley ends up behind Helenius and fires a heavy right into the back of his helmet. Off balance now and down they go. Some blood on the ice and Shelley's jersey. The zebras hop in but these two are finished. Helenius may have a cut near the right eye too. |

P.J. Stock |
| Right off of the faceoff they drop the gloves and square off in front of the Blues' net. They grab ahold of each other and Low starts things off with a series of five straight rights. Stock returns fire with a left of his own and they start going toe-to-toe with rapid fire punches: Stock with the left, Low with the right. They continue to throw non-stop for a long while until Low grabs Stock and switches hands, throwing a left. They go toe-to-toe once again for a short moment, this time with the opposite hand for each. They spin around and Low gets in a right. Stock answers with a flurry of six lefts and then four rights. Low comes back with three rights and then loses his balance, allowing Stock to get in a left. They then go back and forth with a mix of lefts and rights while spinning around until they finally decide to just hold on and let the linesmen intervene. |

| The puck is touched up for icing in the Penguins zone and Green comes charging in and barely misses Kasparitis with a hit. Moran took exception and off came the gloves. Green had Moran in a vulnerable position, with his head ducked down, and proceeded to throw a flurry of around 5 rights to the back of the head. Moran doesn't really get going, as they jockey for position, and they trade rights, 2 or 3 each, Green throws an uppercut, not sure if it lands. The linesmen come in to break this one up. Other Penalties: Green received a closing hand on puck penalty. |

| At a faceoff, Regehr gives Sawyer a shot with his stick below the belt. Sawyer shakes it off, and lines back up. After the puck is dropped, Regher drops his gloves and immediately grabs Sawyer, but Sawyer doesn't go. He keeps his gloves on, and the linesmen step in. Well, in comes Lambert and Morris and Allison everybody else on the ice and the gloves are all off. Then Sawyer throws his gloves off and tries to find a partner to go with. Trnka and Morris pair off and exchange punches in a pretty short tilt. Other Penalties: Regehr received a double roughing; Sawyer a roughing. |

| Berube wanted to get back at Lambert for fighting their best player, Jarome Iginla, in the last game between these two, and he did just that. Berube lands the majority of shots in this one, and gets the jersey over Lambert's head, and lands a couple of shots while Denny is blinded before the linesmen step in. |
