| White checks Varada from behind. Warriner doesn't like it much and the two drop the gloves in front of the net while Varada's lying in the corner. A couple of small punches from each while they're both working around the tie-up. Nothing much going on. They fall, and it's over quickly. Retaliation for a dirty hit. Varada gets up shortly after and White's gone for the game. Other Penalties: White received a checking from behind major and game misconduct; Warriner an instigator and a misconduct. | ||

| Two rookies going here. One established the other in his first NHL game. The camera gets in as they are tied up, but Shelley has his right hand loose. Perrott drags Jody's helmet off then catches Jody with a left forearm to the forehead. Both guys throw punches; Shelley with the right, Perrott with a left. Shelley connects to the shoulder and once again Perrott just misses. Perrott then lands three consecutive lefts to the head. A fouth misses. The camera angle is terrible as both guys do the right/left thing simultaneously again. Both go off balance. Perrott skips a right off the back of Shelley's head. Jody fires a right which just misses Perrott's nose. Once again, due to the camera angle, it's hard to tell about the punches but Perrott fires off three lefts. Two appeared to land to the face. Shelley also got in a right that may have landed. In close now. Shelley comes up and Perrott misses with a wild left. Jody is off balance and avoids another left and then another. They're really out of position now and Shelley is nearly in a headlock behind Perrott. Spinning. Perrott tries a right but he's locked out. A Shelley right is blocked by Perrott. Perrot throws two lefts which miss badly and a third weak left is lost by the camera. They're tied up again and Perrott lands a right uppercut to the stomach twice. Two more rights land to the ribs. Hugging and grabbing. In close Perrott tries a short right which ain't doing nothing. A shorter left grazes Shelley's jaw. Boy they're really holding on. Looks like a high school slow dance. Perrott tries a right uppercut but it gets lost in Shelley's jersey. Still in close. They bend each other over then straighten up. Jody lands a right uppercut to the stomach. Guess that was payback. Shelley is bleeding from a big gash across the nose. Perrott comes over the top with a forearm to the ear. Then lands a knuckle sandwich to the back of the head. Shelley comes around with a right which is deflected by Perrott's arm. Still in tight. Another right attempt from Jody comes up short. Looks like Perrott is gassed as he just won't open up. Jody drops a right into Perrott's ribs. And again. Well the zebras decide to come in as nothing is happening. | ||

| Off a faceoff in front of the Flyers' net, both Low and Brash agree to drop 'em. Brash then quickly goes for the grasp, but only tempoarily. Reed fires 2 first, then Brash comes back with 6 fast shots, landing on a couple, one of them real good. Brash throws a couple more before Reed gets 2 or 3 off. Brash gets going again, throwing 3 or 4, landing on 2. Reed tries to return some as Brash is trying to lock him out. They skate around as both try and get going, both throwing rabbit shots. The refs finally separate the two, and Brash does the "Reed Low skate to the box" imitation. | ||

| In the right circle in front of the Flyers' net, Low and the Fridge drop 'em. They square off and Reed starts firing, throwing 5 rights. Fedoruk gets free and throws 3 of his own, unfortunately at Reed's body. Low then fires off 3 more as Fedoruk looks lost out there. They dance a little as the lunchbox throws some more body shots. Reed switches hands and throws 5 more, connecting on 2 or 3. They start spinning around and Reed gets the shirt over Todd's head and throws three more, connecting on 2. Low had the icebag on his left hand while in the box. | ||

| Ritchie basically blind sides Boynton and unloads some good shots to a surprised Boynton. Boynton quickly turns the fight around when he realizes he's in a fight, and lands some punches himself. They look to go again but the 2 refs stop it. Other Penalties: Both players received game misconducts. | ||

| Norton appears to land a couple of rights at the beginning, but Knuble goes for the quick take down. Knuble lands one on the ice and just tries to hold Norton on the ice, Norton finally works his way upright, but Knuble just holds him off again. Norton finally breaks free to throw a couple. Other Penalties: Both players received game misconducts. | ||

| Bonvie, without his helmet already comes into the boards and drops them with Worrell again. Worrell lands about 5 good rights as Bonvie attempts a punch he falls to his knees and Worrell kind of just falls on top of him, not letting him get up and ending the fight. Other Penalties: Byron Ritchie and Mike Knuble received roughings; Bonvie received a holding and misconduct; Worrell received a misconduct. | ||

| Bonvie goes right after Worrell, Checks him then pushes him and they drop em. Worrell lands a few rights to the side of Bonvie's head and Bonvie begins to shove him into the B's bench. He ends up pushing him over the boards and into the bench. Bonvie throws a punch while he was in there. Worrell's sitting with the Bruins now, and the linesmen are in to break it up. | ||

| Hogue lays a nice check on Ference. Ference takes exception slashes Houge. Houge turns around and they drop them. Houge lands a quick left, then throws two more which both land. Ference grabs a hold and then they hug for a bit. Ference pulls Houges jersey over his head, lands a punch with Hogue bent over and the linesmen step in. Other Penalties: Ference received a roughing. | ||
